میزان آمادگی دانشجویان و نگرش اساتید نسبت به پیاده سازی نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: دانشجویان و اساتید به عنوان مهم ترین عناصر سیستم آموزشی، نقش محوری و تعیین کننده برای به کارگیری مؤثر و موفقیت آمیز فناوری یادگیری الکترونیکی در امر آموزش و یادگیری دارند و اطلاع از آمادگی و نگرش آن ها جهت پیاده سازی و اجرای موفقیت آمیز چنین روشی ضروری می نماید. لذا پژوهش حاضر در راستای جامه ی عمل پوشاندن به چنین ضرورتی صورت گرفته و با هدف بررسی میزان آمادگی دانشجویان و نگرش اساتید دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان نسبت به نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی طراحی گردیده است. روش: پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی حاضر بر روی 218 نفر از دانشجویان و 198نفر از اساتید دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان در سال تحصیلی 94- 1393 که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. میزان آمادگی دانشجویان و نگرش اساتید نسبت به یادگیری الکترونیکی با استفاده از پرسشنامه های استاندارد سنجیده شد. تحلیل های آماری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (جدول فراوانی، نمودار ستونی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد، از آزمون های t تک نمونه ای t مستقل و آزمون F) بود. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی از آمادگی در سطح متوسط برخوردار هستند. و همچنین نتایج نشانگر این است که اساتید این دانشگاه از نگرش موافقی نسبت به پیاده سازی نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی برخوردارند. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج مشخص کرد که بین میزان آمادگی دانشجویان در دانشکده های مختلف برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی، تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. اما در مورد بقیه ی سؤال ها تفاوت معنادار نبودThe Amount of Students’ Preparation and Professors’ Attitude towards E-learning System Implementation
Purpose: Students and professors as the most important elements of the education system have the central and crucial role in effective and successful implementation of e-learning technologies in the field of teaching and learning; and knowing their preparation and attitudes for successful implementation and enforcement of such an approach is essential. Therefore, the present study has been covered in order to fulfill this requirement and designed to assess the preparation of students and attitudes of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University’s professors toward e-learning system. Methodology The descriptive-survey study was conducted on218students and 198 faculty members of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in 2014-2015 academic years, which were selected by stratified random sampling method. The amount of students’ preparation and professors’ attitude towards e-learning system were measured using a standard questionnaire. Statistical analysis used in this study is descriptive and inferential statistics (frequency tables, barographs, mean and standard deviation, one-sample t-test and F- test). Findings: Research findings showed that students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University have moderate preparation to participate in e-learning. And also the results indicate that professors of the university have a positive attitude towards the implementation of e-learning system. The results analysis indicates that there is significant difference between the amounts of students’ preparation indifferent schools to participate in e-learning. But about the rest of the questions (the difference between students’ preparation according to their educational level and academic achievements) the difference was not significant.
