تأملی در چالش های فقهی حجاب استایل ها (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
در چند سال اخیر، استایل های حرفه ای و فشن در میان قشر مذهبی و محجبه هم نفوذ کرده است، به گونه ای که شاهد هستیم حتی برخی بانوان مذهبی جامعه هم در کنار آنکه دغدغه پوشیدگی لباس خود را دارند، به دنبال ست کردن روسری، ساق دست و کیف و کفش خود هستند و میل به دیده شدن و نمایش و مدل شدن دارند؛ اتفاقی که گاهی اوقات شکل افراطی به خود می گیرد. این مقاله با روش توصیفی_تحلیلی و با استفاده از ادله عقلی و نقلی نمایان می سازد که حجاب استایل ها و بلاگرهای محجبه سبب شده اند تا بخشی از اقشار مذهبی هم از فلسفه حجاب فاصله بگیرند؛ زیرا حجاب استایل ها با ظاهر و پوشش اسلامی دارای چالش ترویج آرایش حرام هستند که این آرایش تا حدی پیش می رود که منجر به بطلان غسل و وضو و... می شود. همچنین چالش فقهی دیگر حجاب استایل ها، تغییر فرهنگ پوشش عفیفانه به پوشش نمایشی و زینتی است که مصداق روشن آن در حذف چادر بوده است. چالش فقهی تبرّج و نمایش زندگیِ خاص و حریم خصوصی در زیست مجازی حجاب استایل ها است که به حکم آیات و روایات و تصریح فقها این گونه سبک زندگی با سبک زندگی اسلامی در تضاد است و در بسیاری از موارد منجر به عمل حرام می شود. چالش فقهی دیگر حجاب استایل، اشاعه فحشا و نقش مخرب حجاب استایل در فروپاشی نظام خانواده است که به نص آیات و روایات متعدد، گناه مضاعفی است که به طور آشکار در رسانه های حجاب استایل ها مشاهده می شود.Reflection on the Jurisprudential Challenges of Hijab_Styles
In recent years, professional and fashionable styles have also penetrated the religious and veiled strata, such that we see that even some religious women in society, in addition to being concerned about their clothing, are looking to match their headscarves, bracelets, bags, and shoes, and they have a desire to be seen, to show off, and to be modeled; something that sometimes takes an extreme form. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method and using rational and narrative evidence, shows that hijab styles and veiled bloggers have caused some religious groups to distance themselves from the philosophy of hijab, because hijab styles, with their Islamic appearance and clothing, have the challenge of promoting forbidden makeup, which goes to the extent of invalidating ghosl, ablution, etc. Another jurisprudential challenge of hijab styles is the change in the culture of chaste clothing to a showy and decorative one, a clear example of which has been the removal of the veil. The jurisprudential challenge is the display of private life and privacy in the virtual life of hijab styles, which, according to the verses and narrations and the clarification of jurists, this kind of lifestyle is in conflict with the Islamic lifestyle and in many cases leads to forbidden actions. Another jurisprudential challenge of hijab style is the spread of prostitution and the destructive role of hijab style in the collapse of the family system, which, according to numerous verses and narrations, is a double sin that is clearly seen in hijab style media.
