چکیده
عوامل رشد و افول فقه در طول تاریخ، مسئله ای است که در این پژوهش با رویکرد روش شناسی بنیادین و روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شده است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای، به این نتیجه رسیده که فقه با ظرفیت های راهبردی در عرصه های اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی می تواند شرایط را به نفع خود تغییر دهد و بستر رشد خود را فراهم کند. البته حضور و تعامل کلام و فلسفه با فقه از جهت تأمین مبانی، روحیه تکلیف گرایی فقها به عنوان عامل فردی، رونق فقه اهل سنت به عنوان رقیب علمی و نظام آموزشی تعاملی با تقسیم کار مناسب، از دیگر عوامل رشد فقه بوده است.Sociological Analysis of Jurisprudence Periods
The growth and decline factors of jurisprudence throughout history is a problem that has been investigated in this research with the basic methodology approach and the content analysis method. This article, by descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, has come to the conclusion that jurisprudence with its strategic capacities in social, political and economic fields is able to change the conditions in its favor and prepare the ground for its growth. Of course, the presence and interaction of theology and philosophy with jurisprudence in terms of providing the foundations, the task-oriented spirit of jurists as an individual factor, the flourishing of Sunni jurisprudence as a scientific competitor, and an interactive educational system with appropriate coaction have been other factors in the development of jurisprudence.
