Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the impact of Diamond-Levitt and knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, in PNU Kermanshah province. The study was a descriptive - survey. The population of the study, 470 employees of Payame Noor University in Kermanshah province, are included. Using Cochran formula, 212 people were selected. Materials and method: Data collection tools, questionnaires Diamond Levitt, and knowledge management researcher, and organizational effectiveness Parsons (1969). Questionnaire, approved three professors, and reliability with Cronbach's alpha for diamonds Levitt, knowledge management and organizational effectiveness, respectively (86%, 82% and 77%) are. Findings: By SPSS and LISREL, research data were analyzed. The results of the analysis and stepwise linear regression, 95% indicated that the diamond Levitt knowledge management variables (0.226), and organizational effectiveness (0.227) and knowledge management and organizational effectiveness (0.178), have a significant positive effect. The results of the study showed that, in effect Diamond Levitt knowledge management, organizational effectiveness as a mediator (0.263) is. Discussion: Also in this study to test the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used, the results of direct effects diamond variable Levitt, knowledge management, (0.87) and organizational effectiveness (0.66), and the direct effect of knowledge management on organizational effectiveness (0.52), and the indirect effect and the effect of variable diamond-Levitt, organizational effectiveness, respectively (0.69) and (0.11) is indicated and the t-statistic is also witness to the significance of the results is. Finally, the mediating role of knowledge management, the relationship between the Diamond-Levitt, and was supported organizational effectiveness, so that the diamond Levitt indirect impact on organizational effectiveness, with the role of knowledge management (indirect effect = 0.69), Levitt diamonds larger than the direct impact on organizational effectiveness (direct effect = 0.66) is. The above results indicate fit (RMSEA = 0.072 and GFI=0.93) was the optimal model.
Pattern Design and Validation of Organizational Effectiveness of Islamic Azad University of Tehran Province(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the pattern design and validation of the organizational effectiveness of Islamic Azad University in Tehran province. Methodology: The research method was applied and qualitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of the experts in the field of educational management and higher education management. 30 individuals were selected as the sample size using the purposeful sampling and saturation principle methods. In this study, the Interview with the experts was valid & Reliable. Findings: The content analysis method (open, axial, and selective coding) was used to analyze the research data. The findings indicated that the components of organizational effectiveness in Islamic Azad universities of Tehran province include organizational commitment, organizational health, organizational innovation, and job satisfaction. According to the identified components, a model was presented with a proper fit. Conclusion: Human resource strategies should be bound to the organization's overall strategy and get to the point fruition.
Human Resource Practices and Organizational Effectiveness with the Mediating Role of Internal Customer Satisfaction(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research seeks to investigate the influence of human resource practices on organizational effectiveness by considering the mediating role of internal customer satisfaction. It draws on data from a human resource department and its employees; a total of 294 valid questionnaires are obtained. Structural equation modeling is employed to examine the proposed model. The results of this research hypotheses test indicate that human resource practices have direct and significant effects on internal customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. What’s more, internal customer satisfaction has a mediating role in the relationship between human resource practices and organizational effectiveness.
The Effect of Organizational Culture on the Organizational Effectiveness with the Mediation of Organizational Creativity

The presence of a suitable organization in the organization can improve performance and effectiveness, and as a result, increase the efficiency of organizations. Among the indicators that the organizational culture has an organizational effect according to its characteristics. This study was conducted with the aim of the effect of organizational culture on the organizational effectiveness of administrative staff with the mediation of organizational creativity in the employees of the education. The research method was correlational. The sample population was 172 employees based on Singh and Moscow's sample size determination table. data collect, Dennison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000), Parsons (2005) Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire (AGIL) and Dorabjee, Lumley, and Cartwright (1998) Organizational Creativity Questionnaire were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's test as 0.88, 0.90 and 0.89 respectively. The data were analyzed using SPSS25 and Lisrel8.8 software by structural equation modeling method. The findings of the research showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational creativity. Organizational creativity does not affect organizational effectiveness. Also, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational effectiveness of office employees through the mediating role of organizational creativity. It is suggested that managers increase the level of organizational creativity in themselves and the organization by rediscovering and recognizing the organizational culture and using its strengths. They can accelerate this by providing continuous and diverse training and using different methods in order to increase the level of knowledge and improve job skills.
Evaluation of the Effectiveness Model of Educational Organizations Based on Social Systems Model in Shiraz High Schools(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research aimed to design and evaluate the effectiveness model of educational organizations based on the social systems model in high schools of Shiraz city. This research employed a sequential exploratory mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative) design and conducted as a case study in some high schools in Shiraz. The research, in the form of a thematic network, was designed as one overarching theme, 6 organizing themes, and 42 foundational themes. The organizing themes included components related to: teacher's human factors, student's human factors, parents' human factors and, structural, social, and educational-research components. Based on these, a proposed research model Introduced. In the instrument development phase, a researcher-made questionnaire on school effectiveness, derived from the qualitative findings, designed. The statistical population consisted of teachers and included students majoring in mathematics - physics, in Shiraz high schools. For evaluating the research model, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods employed. The fit indexes were indicators of the validity of the organizational effectiveness model with an approach toward the effectiveness of educational organizations. The findings of this research revealed that, in sequence, the human factors of the teacher are educational, the parents' human factors are structural and student's human factors are social research. Accordingly, it emphasizes the imperative attention of the relevant executives and officials towards implementing the research model.
