امکان سنجی بسته آموزشی توانمندسازی مدارس بر مدیریت دانش معلمان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف امکان سنجی بسته آموزشی توانمندسازی مدارس بر مدیریت دانش معلمان انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_پس آزمون و گروه کنترل با دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری معلمان مدارس مقطع متوسطه منطقه 5 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 معلم بود که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش نوناکا و تاکاچی (1995،NT-KMQ ) بود. گروه آزمایش بسته آموزشی توانمندسازی مدارس را در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای دریافت نمودند اما گروه گواه تا پایان پژوهش مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. داده های حاصل از پژوهش با آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین پیش آزمون و پس آزمون در بین گروه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>p). همچنین نتایج نشان داد در مدیریت دانش بین دو گروه در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). بر این اساس می توان گفت استفاده از بسته آموزشی توانمندسازی مدارس می تواند در افزایش مدیریت دانش معلمان موثر باشد.Developing and Feasibility Study of a Training Package for Empowering Schools on Teachers' Knowledge Management
The present study was conducted to assess the feasibility of the school empowerment training package on teachers' knowledge management. The research method was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test-post-test and control group with a two-month follow-up period. The statistical population was secondary school teachers in Tehran's District 5 in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research sample consisted of 30 teachers who were selected through purposive sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The research tool was the Nonaka and Takachi (1995, NT-KMQ) knowledge management questionnaire. The experimental group received the school empowerment training package in 8 60-minute sessions, but the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the study. The data from the study were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test between the groups (p<0.05). The results also showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge management between the two groups at the post-test and follow-up stages (P<0.05). Accordingly, it can be said that using the school empowerment training package can be effective in increasing teachers' knowledge management.
