چکیده
بیان مسئله: مطالعات معماری روی خانه های سنتی شهر یزد نشان می دهد که این ساختمان ها از لایه های مختلف معنایی تشکیل شده اند که شامل لایه دسترسی، لایه ساخت و لایه زیباشناختی می شوند. این لایه ها از طریق استفاده از عناصر فرهنگی و مفهومی، ساختارهای مختلفی را در خود جای داده اند. اما مسئله اصلی این است که چگونه این لایه ها، با بهره گیری از اصول نشانه شناسی و ادراک معانی، مفهوم بخشی به فضاهای مسکونی ایجاد و در تداوم و ارتباط با فرهنگ محیطی خود موفق عمل کرده اند؟ این مسئله نقش به سزایی در طراحی معماری مسکونی امروزی با تأکید بر ارتباط فضا و فرهنگ را بررسی می کند.هدف پژوهش: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل مفهوم بخشی فضاهای مسکونی در خانه های سنتی شهر یزد با بهره گیری از اصول نشانه شناسی و ادراک معانی است. این پژوهش به بررسی چگونگی ایجاد مفهوم بخشی در لایه های مختلف معماری خانه ها، ارتباط آن با فرهنگ محلی و تأثیر این مفاهیم در طراحی فضاهای مسکونی امروزی می پردازد. همچنین، این پژوهش به منظور ارائه راهبردهایی برای افزایش اثربخشی طراحی فضاهای مسکونی معاصر، با تأکید بر استفاده از الگوها و معانی نهفته در خانه های سنتی، انجام شده است.روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش، از روش تحقیق کیفی با استفاده از مطالعه تطبیقی و تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد نشانه شناسی و معناشناسی استفاده شده است. داده ها به صورت توصیفی و از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مشاهدات میدانی، جمع آوری و در مراحل تعبیر، تفسیر و ارزیابی از رویکرد تفسیری استفاده شده است. نتیجه گیری: در این پژوهش، با استفاده از رویکرد نشانه شناسی و معناشناسی، معماری خانه های سنتی در شهر یزد بررسی شده است. نتایج حاکی از توانایی خاص این خانه ها در بهره گیری از عناصر معماری و رمزگان برای ارتقای ارتباطات اجتماعی و فرهنگی درون و برون خانه است. این تداخل معانی و کارکردها، هماهنگی داخلی و ارتباط با فرهنگ محلی را تقویت می کند. از نظر نشانه شناسی، خانه های سنتی یزد به عنوان الگوهایی ارزشمند می توانند در طراحی های معاصر و بهبود فضاهای مسکونی بهره مند شوند.Layered Semiotics and the Perception of Meaning in the Architecture of Traditional Houses in Yazd
Problem statement: Architectural studies of traditional houses in Yazd reveal that these structures embody multiple semantic layers, including access, construction, and aesthetic layers. These layers incorporate diverse structures through the integration of cultural and conceptual elements. The central issue is how these layers, based on principles of semiotics and meaning perception, contribute to the meaning-making of residential spaces and how successfully they sustain a connection with their cultural context. This issue is crucial for evaluating the role of space-culture interplay in contemporary residential architecture.Research objective: The main objective of this study is to analyze and interpret the meaning-making process in the residential spaces of traditional houses in Yazd through the lens of semiotic and semantic principles. The research aims to examine how meaning is constructed across different architectural layers, its relation to the local culture, and the implications of these meanings for the design of modern residential spaces. The study also seeks to offer strategies to enhance the effectiveness of contemporary residential design by drawing on the patterns and embedded meanings in traditional houses.Research method: This research adopts a qualitative approach through comparative study and content analysis, employing semiotic and semantic perspectives. Data were collected descriptively through literature review and field observations. The interpretation, explanation, and evaluation phases were conducted using an interpretive approach.Conclusion: Using a semiotic and semantic framework, this study investigates the architecture of traditional houses in Yazd. The findings indicate the exceptional capacity of these houses to utilize architectural elements and codes to foster social and cultural interactions both inside and outside the home. The interweaving of meanings and functions reinforces internal harmony and connection with the local culture. From a semiotic standpoint, the traditional houses of Yazd serve as valuable models for contemporary design and the enhancement of residential spaces.
