چکیده
آینده پژوهی و واکاوی پیشران های جهانی و ترسیم فضای حاکم بر آینده روابط فرهنگی بین المللی، چهارچوب مناسبی را برای ارائه تفسیری معقول از آینده درخشان و درعین حال تحول پذیر تمدن نوین اسلامی فراهم می آورد؛ به گونه ای که با بررسی زمینه ها و روندهای تأثیرگذار بر نقش آفرینی تمدن نوین اسلامی در حوزه خارج از جهان اسلام، می توان به نیروهای در حال شکل گیری در آینده نظام فرهنگی بین المللی اشاره کرد و به این نتیجه رسید که باتوجه به آینده روندهای فرهنگی جهانی، تمدن نوین اسلامی توانایی ایفای نقش بالنده در نظام بین المللِ در حال تغییر و همچنین قابلیت شکل دهی به هندسه قدرت جهانی را داراست؛ چراکه باتوجه به شرایط متحول، پویا و انتقالی نظام بین الملل که با روندهای پیچیدگی، شفافیت و آسیب پذیری همراه است تمدن نوین اسلامی قابلیت آن را دارد که به نقش آفرینی فزاینده در آینده روندهای فرهنگی تمدنیِ جهانی در خارج از جهان اسلام مبادرت ورزد و به بازیگری تأثیرگذار بر نظام تصمیم گیری جهانی تبدیل شود. این مقاله با طرح این پرسش که مهم ترین پیشران های خارجی تمدن نوین اسلامی چیستند و چگونه پیشبرد این ایده را عملیاتی و تثبیت می کنند، به شناخت دقیق تمدن نوین اسلامی و واکاوی پیشران های ظهور و پیشبرد آن در خارج از جهان اسلام در سطوح دولت ها، ملت ها و سازمان های بین المللی می پردازد.Analyzing the External Drives of the New Islamic Civilization
Future studies and analysis of global drives, as well as characterizing future atmosphere of international cultural relationships, provide proper ground to develop a reasonable interpretation for the promising, yet evolving, future of the new Islamic civilization. Investigating contexts and processes influencing the role of the new Islamic civilization outside the Islamic world can reveal emerging forces of the future international cultural system and show that, considering the future of global cultural trends, the new Islamic civilization can play a progressive role in the changing international system and shaping the global formation of power. In the evolving, dynamic, and transitioning state of world order with its complexities, transparency, and vulnerabilities, the new Islamic civilization can increasingly play a part in the future of global cultural-civilizational trends outside the Islamic world and therefore become an influential player in the global decision-making system. This paper attempted to identify the key external drives of the new Islamic civilization and the way they establish and operationalize the idea, providing an accurate understanding of the new Islamic civilization and analyzing the driving factors of its emergence and progress outside the Islamic world at governmental, national, and international organizations levels.
