راهکارهای اخلاقی صیانت از حریم خصوصی در فضای مجازی با تکیه بر مفاهیم نهج البلاغه (مقاله ترویجی حوزه)

چکیده
فضای مجازی محیطی منحصر به فرد و بی بدیل است که با ویژگی هایی از جمله جذابیت و گیرایش، سرعت بالای تبادلات، مجهول الهویه بودن افراد، فرازمانی و فرامکانی بودن و...، با شتاب بسیار، در حال پیشرفت بوده و زندگی بشریت را با تحولات شگرفی روبرو نموده که زمانی تصور آن نیز غیرممکن می نمود. در عین حال نباید از تاثیرات منفی فضای مجازی بر زندگی افراد، غافل شد. نقض حریم خصوصی کاربران مجازی، یکی از گزندهای فضای مجازی است که از ویژگی های خاص این محیط نشأت گرفته است. مسالیه مقابله با نقض حریم خصوصی در فضای سایبر، از جمله مسائلی است که علی رغم تلاش دولت ها و حکومت ها، توفیق چندانی نداشته و تعدی به حریم شخصی افراد در فضای مجازی، هم چنان به بالاترین شکل ممکن وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر، در کلام و سیره ی حضرت علی(ع)، حقّ حریم خصوصی محترم بوده و حضرت نسبت به حراست و حفاظت از آن حساسیت به خرج می داده اند. سخنان ایشان در کتاب شریف نهج البلاغه به خوبی اثبات کنندیه این مساله می باشد. این پژوهش در صدد استخراج راهکارها و خط مشی هایِ اخلاقیِ حفاظت از حریم خصوصی از روح کلام امیرالمومنین(ع) بوده تا بدین ترتیب با عمل به آن ها، حریم خصوصی افراد در فضای سایبر، از تعدی و نفوذ اغیار مصون بماند. حفظ حریم خصوصی مسئله ای اخلاقی است و راهکارهای عمدتا اخلاقی، به دنبال حل چالش های این موضوع اخلاقی هستند.Ethical solutions to protect privacy in cyberspace based on the concepts of Nahj al-Balagha

Virtual user privacy is one of the areas of virtual space that is derived from the special features of this environment.The issue of dealing with the violation of privacy in the cyberspace is one of the issues that, despite the efforts of the governments, has not been very successful and the violation of the privacy of people in the cyberspace still exists in the highest possible way. On the other hand, in the words and behavior of Hazrat Ali (AS), the right to privacy was respected and he was sensitive to its protection and protection.His words in the noble book of Nahj al-Balagha are a good proof of this issue. This research aims to extract ethical solutions and policies for privacy protection from the spirit of the words of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), so that by following them, the privacy of people in the cyber space will be protected from the invasion and influence of others. Preservation of privacy is an ethical issue and mostly ethical solutions seek to solve the challenges of this ethical issue.
