Challenges like employees' psychological strain and organisational changes have forced governments and organisations to define new major procedures in governmental section. These changes should be reviewed especially for police employees who are under the pressures and stresses from their policing job. <br />The present study is intended to identify the occupational stresses and their intra-organisational and inter-organisational effects in preventive police of Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI). This is a descriptive heuristic research based on an applied goal and a statistical society consisting of senior officers (Senior Management) of preventive police of IRI. 230 people of the society were randomly selected from all over the country. After interviewing the seniors and commanders and completing the questionnaires, the results were analysed by PLS and SPSS software packages. The findings showed that the variables were a combination of internal and external factors and R2 was equal to 0.821; so the value of R2 is correct and therefore the constructed model is validated. According to the results, the hypothesis that the two intra-organisational and inter-organisational factors can impact the stress level of the police employees is confirmed; and after ranking, intra-organisational factors showed greater impacts on the stress levels as compared to the inter-organisational factors.

Objective: This research demonstrates that the practice of mindfulness training led to a notable decrease in occupational stress and an improvement in the overall quality of life for professionals working in operating rooms. Methods: The method of the present research was practical in nature and quasi-experimental in the form of pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population of this research included all operating room experts in Tehran hospitals. 50 people from this community were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental (25 people) and control (25 people) groups. Data was collected using standard questionnaires. T tests and ANCOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The results showed that there is no significant difference in both occupational stress and quality of life in the pretest (both P>0.05). However, it was observed that experimental group had significantly lower occupational stress and higher quality of life compared to control group in the posttest (both P=0.001). Finally, the results of ANCOVA showed significant differences between experimental and control groups in both occupational stress and quality of life (both P=0.001).Conclusion: These findings indicate that mindfulness can play a crucial role in managing work-related stress among operating room experts. Consequently, by actively participating in mindfulness activities, it is plausible to create more favorable circumstances for professionals working in operating rooms in terms of their quality of life.

Work-related behavior patterns toward stressor experiences reflect the staff's attitude toward their professional requirements. The work-related behavior experience patterns questionnaire (AVEM) has been developed to determine the work-related patterns of people in the face of job stress. The present study examined the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the AVEM in pre-service early childhood teachers- student teachers who are enrolled in a teacher education program and working toward teacher certification (n=429, 59.67% female). The confirmatory factor analysis results showed an 11-factor structure resembling the original factor structure in the Persian language. Additionally, results showed that the Persian version of the AVEM demonstrated high internal consistency and test-retest reliability. Overall, the findings support the validity and reliability of the Persian version of the AVEM, which can be used to assess work-related behavior and experience patterns. The AVEM can be used during pre-service teachers' education to evaluate the extent to which they report work behaviors associated with occupational stress and dissatisfaction. Pre-service early childhood teachers who tend to feel overwhelmed and helpless in stressful work situations should be identified early so that they can be offered support.

The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based well-being training on occupational stress, resilience, and academic optimism among female teachers in Zahedan. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The statistical population comprised all female elementary school teachers in Zahedan during the 2024-2025 academic year, from which 40 participants were selected using multistage random sampling and randomly assigned to experimental (n=20) and control (n=20) groups. The experimental group received mindfulness training over eight two-hour sessions. The research instruments included the Occupational Stress Inventory (Osipow, 1998), the Academic Optimism Questionnaire (Beard et al., 2010), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003). Data were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA). The results demonstrated that mindfulness-based well-being training had a significant effect on reducing occupational stress (F=36.37, p=0.001, η²=0.51) and increasing academic optimism (F=24.17, p=0.001, η²=0.41) and resilience (F=6.84, p=0.013, η²=0.16) among teachers. The effect sizes indicated a strong impact of the intervention on improving the studied variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that mindfulness-based well-being training can be utilized as an effective intervention to promote mental health and reduce occupational pressures among teachers.
