چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی خودشفقت ورزی در ارتباط بین ابرازگری هیجانی و رضایت از زندگی است. در تحقیق پیش رو از روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مردان و زنان بالای 18 سال می باشد که در سال 1403 ساکن شهر قم بوده اند. از این جامعه 121 نمونه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد. داده های پژوهش با استفاده ازمقیاس های ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (بگبی، بارکر و تیلور، 199۴)، خودشفقت ورزی تف و همکاران (2003)، رضایت از زندگی داینر و همکاران (1989) گرداوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش رگرسیون خطی به روش بارون و کنی استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان دهنده ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بین متغیرهای ابرازگری هیجانی با رضایت از زندگی، ابرازگری هیجانی با خودشفقت ورزی و نیز خودشفقت ورزی با رضایت از زندگی بود؛ همچنین این پژوهش نشان داد خودشفقت ورزی در ارتباط بین ابرازگری هیجانی با رضایت از زندگی نقش میانجی گری ایفا می کند.The mediating role of self-compassion in the relationship between emotional expressiveness and life satisfaction.
The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of self-compassion in the relationship between emotional expressiveness and life satisfaction. A descriptive correlational method was used in this study. The statistical population of this study is all men and women over 18 years of age who were residents of Qom in 1403.From this population, 121 samples were selected conveniently. Research data were collected using the Toronto Emotional Aphasia Scale (Begby, Barker, & Taylor, 1994), Self-Compassion Scale (Teff et al., 2003), and Life Satisfaction Scale (Diener et al., 1989).For data analysis, linear regression method by Baron and Kenny method was used. The research findings showed a positive and significant relationship between the variables of emotional expressiveness with life satisfaction and emotional expressiveness with self-compassion, and a positive and significant relationship between self-compassion and life satisfaction. This study showed that self-compassion plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional expressiveness and life satisfaction.
