بررسی انواع بزهکاران از دیدگاه جرم شناسی

چکیده
افزایش روزافزون آمار بزهکاری و تاثیر آن بر جامعه و زندگی افراد غیر قابل انکار و چشم پوشی می باشد که اهمیت پرداختن به این امر از دیرباز مورد توجه جرم شناسان،جامعه شناسان،و حقوقدانان زیادی بوده است بر این اساس هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی انواع بزهکاران از دیدگاه جرم شناسی بود.رویکرد این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی به صورت تحلیل محتوا و از نظر ماهیت کاربردی است و روش انجام آن،از نوع کتابخانه ای-اسنادی است. نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش بیانگر این بود که موقعیت و شرایط خانوادگی، محیط زندگی، طبقه اجتماعی، وضعیت شغلی و اقتصادی، سن و بسیاری دیگر از عوامل در نوع عمل مجرمانه افراد تاثیرگذار است و بر همین اساس بزهکاران در گروه های مختلفی تقسیم بندی می شوند مانند بزهکاران یقه سفید که از بین طبقات بالای جامعه و با شرایط اقتصادی و شغلی مناسب،به ارتکاب جرم روی می آوردند که یکی از دلایل استقرار رقم سیاه بزهکاری،جرایم این گروه از افراد می باشد و در مقابل آن می توان به نوع جرایم مربوط به طبقه کارگران پرداخت که معمولا در بین افراد طبقه پایین جامعه و با شرایط شغلی و اقتصادی نامطلوب رخ می دهد و از آن با عنوان جرایم یقه آبی نیز یاد می شود.Types of criminals from a criminological perspective
The increasing number of crimes and its impact on society and the lives of individuals is undeniable and cannot be ignored. The importance of addressing this issue has long been of interest to many criminologists, sociologists, and lawyers. Accordingly, the purpose of this research was to examine the types of criminals from a criminological perspective. The approach of this research is descriptive-analytical in the form of content analysis and is applied in nature, and the method of conducting it is library-documentary. The results obtained in this study indicated that family status and circumstances, living environment, social class, occupational and economic status, age, and many other factors influence the type of criminal act committed by individuals. Accordingly, criminals are divided into different groups, such as white-collar criminals who were from the upper classes of society and with suitable economic and occupational conditions, who resorted to committing crimes. One of the reasons for the establishment of the black figure of crime is the crimes committed by this group of individuals. In contrast, we can discuss the type of crimes related to the working class, which usually occur among people from the lower classes of society and with unfavorable occupational and economic conditions, and are also referred to as blue-collar crimes.
