تحلیل اثر شاخص های امنیت مرزی بر توسعه پایدار منطقه ای، مطالعه موردی: استان آذربایجان غربی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رشد شهرنشینی و افزایش ناامنی های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی در شهرهای مرزی، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر امنیت و ارائه راهکارهایی برای تقویت آن را ضروری ساخته است. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل تأثیر شاخص های امنیت مرزی بر توسعه پایدار منطقه ای در شهر ارومیه انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان مناطق مرزی استان آذربایجان غربی (اشنویه: 39,801 نفر، پیرانشهر: 91,515 نفر و سردشت: 46,412 نفر) بوده که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با آلفای کرونباخ 78 درصد تأیید شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و مدل SWOT تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان امنیت اقتصادی از 0.549 به 0.505 کاهش یافته و امنیت سیاسی بیشترین نگرانی را برای شهروندان ایجاد کرده است. همچنین امنیت محیطی از دغدغه های اصلی آینده محسوب می شود. بررسی ها نشان داد که بین شاخص های امنیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی با توسعه پایدار منطقه ای رابطه ای مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، اما در حوزه امنیت سیاسی چنین رابطه ای مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: در اولویت بندی استراتژیک شهرستان های مرزی، پیرانشهر در راهبرد رقابتی (SO)، سردشت در راهبرد بازنگری (WO)، پیرانشهر در راهبرد تنوع (ST) و سردشت در راهبرد تدافعی (WT) قرار گرفتندAnalysis of the effect of border security indicators on regional sustainable development (Study area: West Azarbaijan province)
The present research was conducted using a descriptive and survey method. The statistical population of the research is the citizens of the border region in Urmia, which was selected based on the Cochran formula, with a sample size of 150 people. The reliability of the research based on Cronbach's alpha is 78%, which is acceptable against the minimum reliability (58%). Information and data were collected and analyzed using Spss software and SWAT model. GIS software has also been used to analyze strategic factors. The results of this research indicate that the level of border security in the economic index is from medium to low, and political security has created the greatest concern for citizens, and finally, environmental security is the concern of many citizens in the future, and only in political security. Is that there is no significant relationship between these indicators and regional sustainable development. In the rest of the indicators, there is a positive and significant relationship between the two variables. In total, in this border city, the province in prioritizing strategies by city also in the competitive strategy (SO) of Piranshahr, in the review strategy (WO) of Sardasht, in the diversity strategy (ST) of Piranshahr and in the defensive strategy (WT) of Sardasht is the priority and executive appropriated.
