طراحی مدل تعاملات بین سازمانی دانشگاه ها در راستای توسعه نوآوری فناورانه (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف : تعامل و همکاری اثربخش دانشگاه ها با سایر بازیگران زیست بوم نوآوری از مهم ترین فاکتورهای رشد و توسعه فناوری های کاربردی در جامعه می باشد. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدلی جامع جهت تبیین تعاملات بین سازمانی دانشگاه ها در راستای توسعه نوآوری فناورانه بوده است. روش شناسی پژوهش : این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش پژوهش فراترکیب نظریه ساز انجام گرفته است، بر این اساس، یافته های مطالعات علمی مرتبط در بازه زمانی 2025-1995 میلادی استخراج و داده های گردآوری شده طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها : یافته های پژوهش در قالب 53 کد باز و 12 کد محوری در سه محور پیشایندها، فرایندها و پیامدها ارائه گردید. محور پیشایندها در قالب 3 کد محوری (عوامل فردی، سازمانی، محیطی)؛ محور فرایندها در قالب 5 کد محوری (توسعه زیرساخت های مشترک، انتقال دانش و فناوری، مدیریت پروژه های مشترک، توسعه شبکه های همکاری، مدیریت دانش)؛ محور پیامدها در قالب 4 کد محوری (توسعه محصولات و خدمات نوآورانه، افزایش درآمد سازمانی، توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه، ارتقاء اعتبار دانشگاه) سازماندهی گردیدند. جهت ارتقای اعتبار یافته ها، چهار نوع راهبرد اعتباریابی توصیفی، تفسیری، نظری و پراگماتیک مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: اثربخشی تعاملات بین سازمانی دانشگاه ها در توسعه نوآوری فناورانه، حاصل توجه به عوامل پیش نیاز و فرایندهای کارآمد در جریان شکل گیری این تعاملات است. یافته های این پژوهش می تواند به رهبران و سیاست گذاران آموزش عالی در طراحی راهبردهایی هوشمندانه برای توسعه همکاری های اثربخش بین سازمانی کمک کند، به گونه ای که تعاملات دانشگاه ها با سایر سازمان های جامعه را با رویکردی برد-برد و در راستای رفع نیازهای جامعه طراحی و اجرا نمایند.Designing a model of inter-organizational interactions of universities In order to development of technological innovation
Background and Objective: Effective interaction and cooperation of universities with other players in the innovation ecosystem is one of the most important factors in the growth and development of applied technologies in society. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study was to design a comprehensive model to explain inter-organizational interactions between universities in order to develop technological innovation. research methodology : This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and the theory-building metasynthesis research method. Accordingly, the findings of relevant scientific studies in the period 1995-2025 were extracted and the collected data were analyzed through three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. Findings: The research findings were presented in the form of 53 open codes and 12 core codes in three axes of antecedents, processes, and outcomes. The antecedents axis was presented in the form of 3 core codes (individual, organizational, and environmental factors); the processes axis was presented in the form of 5 core codes (development of joint infrastructure, transfer of knowledge and technology, management of joint projects, development of cooperation networks, knowledge management); The outcomes were organized into four core codes (development of innovative products and services, increasing organizational income, economic and social development of the community, and enhancing the reputation of the university). To enhance the credibility of the findings, four types of validation strategies were used: descriptive, interpretive, theoretical, and pragmatic. Conclusion: The effectiveness of inter-organizational interactions between universities in developing technological innovation is the result of paying attention to prerequisite factors and efficient processes during the formation of these interactions.
