چکیده
از چهار شأن معصومان (ع) - ولایت باطنی، ولایت تکوینی، ولایت در تفسیر شریعت و ولایت سیاسی- این مقاله بر بعد اخیر متمرکز شده است. مشهور فقها و اندیشمندان اسلامی معتقد به نصب الهی در این قضیه هستند. در عین حال، شاهد آرای دیگری نیز هستیم. برخی نیز مسئله احق بودن ایشان برای امامت سیاسی را مطرح کرده اند. ولایت فقیه هرچند ابعاد کلامی نیز دارد، اما اساساً مسئله ای فقهی محسوب می شود. در حالی که روشنفکران دینی با دیدگاهی متجددانه آرای مشهور فقها و متکلمان را به چالش می کشند، نواندیشان دینی- همچون مطهری- سعی دارند دیدگاهی بینابین را مطرح نمایند. این مقاله با روش مقایسه ای و با سطح توصیفی- تحلیلی در صدد است مسئله ولایت سیاسی معصومان (ع) و ولایت فقیه را در گفتمان های فوق مقایسه نماید.The Political Guardianship of the Infallibles (AS) from the Shiite Perspective(With Emphasis on Imam Khomeini's View)
Among the four dimensions of the Infallibles' (AS) authority-esoteric, existential, interpretative (over religious law), and political- this paper focuses on the last. While the majority of Shiite jurists and scholars endorse the doctrine of divine appointment in this regard, alternative perspectives exist. Some argue that the Infallibles have greater merit for political leadership. Although the doctrine of Velayat-e Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist) incorporates theological aspects, it is fundamentally a jurisprudential issue. While liberal Muslims challenge traditional interpretations through a modernist lens, reformist thinkers-such as Mortaza Motahari-attempt to establish an intermediary approach. This article employs a comparative method with a descriptive-analytical framework to examine the political authority of the Infallibles and Velayat-e Faqih within these discourses.
