چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل کلیدی توسعه شهری در دزفول با رویکرد آینده پژوهی است. چرا که جهان امروز با سرعت فزاینده ای در حال تغییر و تحول است که عدم قطعیت یکی از ویژگی های آن است که باید نسبت به آن آگاهی کسب نمود. لذا آینده پژوهی برای کسب آمادگی نسبت به این عدم قطعیت ها و توسعه مناسب و منعطف ضروری است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد اکتشافی آینده پژوهی، در پی شناسایی عوامل کلیدی اثرگذار توسعه شهری، شهر دزفول می باشد.روش : پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی و از حیث روش ترکیبی از روش های کتابخانه ای و پیمایشی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده پژوهی ماتریس اثرات متقاطع(میک مک) می باشد. قلمرو پژوهش شهر دزفول بوده و مطالعه حاضر در بازه س زمانی بهمن ماه 1402 است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 60 نفر از کارشناسان شهری و مدیریت شهری است. با توجه به اینکه رویکرد پژوهش اکتشافی و مبتنی بر نظر سنجی از کارشناسان بوده در طی مراحل مصاحبه و نظر سنجی روایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید کارشناسان قرار گرفته است.یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که از بین 30 شاخص مورد بررسی برای توسعه فیزیکی شهر دزفول 10 مولفه انسان خلاق، میزان سواد، فناوری نوین، کیفیت آب رودخانه دز، حمل و نقل، سرانه تولید، کیفیت زیرساخت، امنیت شهر، مدیریت یکپارچه شهر و دسترسی خدمات شهر به ترتیب بیشترین میزان تأثیرگذاری مستقیم بر سایر متغیرها را داشته اند.د.Future research of key factors affecting urban development Case example Dezful city
Objective: The purpose of this research is to identify the key factors of urban development in Dezful with a future research approach. Since today's world is changing and evolving at an increasing speed, uncertainty is one of its features that must be known. Therefore, future research is necessary to be prepared for these uncertainties and appropriate and flexible development. In this regard, the current research with a descriptive-analytical method and with an exploratory future research approach seeks to identify the key drivers of the urban development of Dezful city.Method: Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature, and in terms of method, it is a combination of library and survey methods and is based on the future research approach of cross-effects matrix (MICM). The scope of the research is the city of Dezful and the current study is in the time frame of February 1402. The statistical population of this research is 60 urban and urban management experts. Considering that the research approach is exploratory and based on the survey of experts, the validity of the questionnaire has been approved by the experts during the interviews and surveysResults: The research findings showed that among the 30 investigated indicators for the physical development of Dezful city, 10 components are creative people, literacy rate, new technology, Dez river water quality, transportation, per capita production, infrastructure quality, city security, integrated management.
