چکیده
در پی گسترش کلاس های برخط در یک سال اخیر، به نظر ضروری می رسد که تجربیه زیستیه مجازی در کلاس های دانشگاه از زوایای مختلف و علائق معرفتی پژوهش های جامعه شناسانه و ارتباطات پیگیری شود. در این میان، فهم تغییرات مناسبات کنش در بافتار مجازی حائز اهمیت است. در این مقاله، پژوهشگر تلاش کرده است تا با اتخاذ مبانی نظری مربوط به تحلیل روابط از منظر کنترل و قدرت در کلاس درس، طرح مسئله ای جدید و اکتشافی را با لحاظ کردن اقتضائات فضای مجازی دنبال کند. به این منظور، از روش مصاحبیه نیمه ساختاریافته (که تا رسیدن به اشباع، 30 مصاحبه را در برگرفته) استفاده شده است. سپس، نتایج تحلیل مصاحبه ها در هفت محور صورت بندی شده اند که برخی از مضامین مهم شامل موارد زیر هستند: قدرت سکوت، شکل گیری، گروه های مخفی، ناهنجاری های نوپدید، برجسته شدن کنترل درونی، پیدایی اخلاق وضعیتی، آداب مناسکی جدید در کلاس، کنشگری علمی ناقص، توانمندی های شخصیت مجازی، کالایی و مبادله ای شدن اعتماد و صداقت، حرکت به سمت تسطیح شئونی از سلسله مراتب، قدرت احساسات فانتزی، حس آزادی عمل.The Power Relations in the Academic Staff-Student Interactions on the Context of Virtual Classroom
Following the expansion of Online classes in the past year (due to COVID-19), it seems necessary to inquire the virtual lived experience “on” the university classes in the various aspects and knowledge interests of sociological and communicative researches. Among issues, the interpretation of action relation changes on the virtual context is of importance. In this article, applying the theoretical basics about the analysis of the control and power relations “on” the classroom, the researcher seeks to pursue the newborn and exploratory problem considering the virtual space requirements. For the mentioned purpose, the method of the semi-structured interview has been applied, 30 interviews to reach saturation. Then, the results of the interview analysis have been articulated in seven axes, some significant themes are as follow: the power of silence, defective scientific action, abilities of the virtual personality, commodification and exchangeability of trust and honesty, beginning of the semi-flattened hierarchy, power of fantastical sense, and the sense of latitude.
