بررسی تأثیر مؤلفه " نگرش و طرز تفکر" در موفقیت مدیران پروژه در صنعت ساخت ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مدیریت پروژه ها در صنعت ساخت به دلیل پیچیدگی و چالش های متعدد، نیازمند مدیرانی با شایستگی های کلیدی است. یکی از جنبه های مهم شایستگی که کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته، نگرش و طرز تفکر مدیران پروژه است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر نگرش مدیران پروژه بر موفقیت آن ها در صنعت ساخت ایران انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از رویکرد کیفی بهره گرفته شد و داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با 10 مدیر پروژه باتجربه که با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، گردآوری شدند. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار Atlas.ti نسخه 7 و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که نگرش هایی همچون انعطاف پذیری، ریسک پذیری، نتیجه محوری، خوش بینی و کل نگری تأثیر قابل توجهی بر موفقیت پروژه ها دارند. تحلیل روابط بین کدها نشان داد که نگرش مدیران پروژه می تواند در بهبود تعاملات تیمی، کاهش ریسک های پروژه و افزایش کارایی نقش مهمی ایفا کند. همچنین مشخص شد که نگرش های مدیران پروژه به عنوان بخشی پنهان از شایستگی آن ها، نقش کلیدی در غلبه بر چالش های خاص محیطی و اجتماعی ایران ایفا می کنند. به عنوان مثال، نگرش فعالانه و بلندمدت مدیران در مواجهه با مسائل پیچیده پروژه ها تأثیر بسزایی در دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب داشت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که تطبیق نوع نگرش مدیران با شرایط پروژه، می تواند احتمال موفقیت پروژه ها را افزایش دهد. این پژوهش، با تمرکز بر تأثیر نگرش های مدیریتی، به دانش موجود در حوزه مدیریت پروژه افزوده و نشان می دهد که توسعه نگرش های مثبت می تواند به بهبود عملکرد مدیران پروژه و افزایش بهره وری سازمان ها منجر شود.Investigating the Impact of the "Attitude and Mindset" Component on the Success of Project Managers in the Iranian Construction Industry
Project management in the construction industry, given its complexity and numerous challenges, requires managers with key competencies. One crucial yet underexplored aspect of competency is the attitude and mindset of project managers. This study aims to examine the impact of project managers' attitudes on their success in the Iranian construction industry. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach was adopted, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 experienced project managers, selected using a snowball sampling method. The data analysis was conducted using Atlas.ti software (version 7) through open coding. The findings revealed that attitudes such as flexibility, risk-taking, result-orientation, optimism, and holistic thinking have a significant impact on project success. The analysis of relationships between codes showed that project managers' attitudes play a vital role in improving team interactions, mitigating project risks, and enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, it was identified that project managers' attitudes, as a hidden dimension of their competence, are instrumental in addressing the unique environmental and social challenges of Iran. For instance, a proactive and long-term perspective in dealing with complex project issues had a substantial effect on achieving favorable outcomes. The results of this study indicate that aligning managers' attitudes with project conditions can increase the likelihood of project success. By focusing on the impact of managerial attitudes, this research contributes to the existing body of knowledge in project management, demonstrating that fostering positive attitudes can enhance project managers' performance and improve organizational productivity.
