چکیده
زنجیره تأمین، شبکه ای از تأمین کنندگان، تولیدکنندگان، شبکه های توزیع شامل عمده فروشان و خرده فروشان است که در جهت ارائه محصول به دست مصرف کننده نهایی فعالیت می کنند. اختلالات زنجیره تأمین، رویدادهای برنامه ریزی نشده ای هستند که در زنجیره تأمین رخ داده و بر روند عادی این شبکه، تأثیرگذار می باشند. درنتیجه، توجه به تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین به ویژه در صنعت لبنیات که زیرمجموعه مهمی از صنعت غذایی کشور به حساب می آید امری مهم و ضروری است. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی گزینه های استراتژیک پیشروی تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین شرکت لبنی کاله (واقع در آمل مازندران) انجام گرفته است. در این تحقیق از روش های تحلیل ساختاری، سناریونویسی بر پایه الگوریتم تحلیل متوازن تأثیر متقابل و روش مالتیپول استفاده شده است. در روش مالتیپول، دو ارزیابی مهم اقدام برحسب سیاست و سیاست برحسب سناریو انجام می گیرد. با کمک این روش، نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که با توجه به سناریوهای پیشروی تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین شرکت لبنی کاله، سیاست های " اعتماد به توانایی متخصصان ایرانی"، " برقراری امنیت شغلی" و " تمرکز بر توسعه هدفمند و سیستماتیک کارکنان در داخل شرکت" از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار هستند.Identifying and Evaluating Strategic Options for Advancing the Resilience of the Kaleh Dairy Company's Supply Chain
A supply chain is a network of suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution networks, including wholesalers and retailers, that work to deliver products to the end consumer. Supply chain disruptions are unplanned events that occur in the supply chain and affect the normal course of this network. As a result, paying attention to supply chain resilience, especially in the dairy industry, which is an important subset of the country's food industry, is important and necessary. In this regard, the present study aims to identify and evaluate strategic options for advancing the resilience of the supply chain of Kaleh Dairy Company (located in Amol, Mazandaran). In this research, structural analysis methods, scenario writing based on the balanced interaction analysis algorithm, and the multipole method have been used. In the multipole method, two important assessments are made: action by policy and policy by scenario. With the help of this method, the results of the present study showed that considering the forward scenarios of the resilience of the Kaleh Dairy Company's supply chain, the policies of "trusting the ability of Iranian specialists", "establishing job security", and "focusing on the targeted and systematic development of employees within the company" are of great importance.
