Background: The paper aims to provide an integrative review of empirical literature on factors affecting knowledge sharing in supply chain, analyzing the various results of the published articles about the topic to find out critical factors. Method: A quality-quantitative mixed method has been adopted in our exploratory study. Delphi method, a qualitative approach, has been initially applied to design a conceptual model for knowledge sharing within supply chain. After this, through a review of literature, 21 articles have been analyzed based on the resulted model to present the critical factors. Finally, the resulting model has been examined and evaluated in the case study, by a quantitative approach. The main instrument of the study is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population comprises all the managers of Khorasan Electricity Supply Chain in Iran (461 people). 215 of them have been selected as samples, using Stratified Random Sampling. Data analyzed by using SPSS 21 software, Z-test, Friedman test, and Studentchr('39')s t-test. Results: According to the results, a model for knowledge sharing in supply chain has been developed based on 5 dimensions and 38 factors. In addition, Communication, trust, and absorptive capacity of knowledge receiver are primary factors in a majority of articles. Also, inter-organizational trust is at average level in Khorasan Electricity Supply Chain, Iran. Conclusion: This paper will contribute to improve understanding on the role of trust as one of the most important components of professional ethics in promoting the culture of knowledge sharing among members
The Effect of Creativity on Performance of Sports Federations with the Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of creativity on performance with the mediating role of knowledge sharing in sports federations. Method: This field study was a descriptive-correlative research and a practical one. The research population consisted of all presidents, vice presidents, general secretaries, committee managers and experts in 51 sport federations (N=780), and 267 subjects were studied through stratified random sampling approach that was consistent to recommended sample by Krejcie & Morgan table. The research tools were adopted from the existing literature to collect the data. The reliability of the research tools were confirmed according to Cronbach’s alpha. Face, content, and construct validity were used to evaluate the validity of the research tools. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was conducted by applying Smart PLS. Results: The findings demonstrated that "Creativity" had a positive and significant effect on "Performance", as well as "Knowledge sharing". Moreover, "Knowledge sharing "had a positive and significant effect on "Performance". The results also showed that "Knowledge sharing" mediate the relationship between "Creativity", and "Performance "in sport federations. Conclusions: The findings of this study, with emphasis on the role of creativity and knowledge sharing in improving the performance, can be regarded as a platform for enhancing the performance of sports federations. Creativity and knowledge sharing can play a significant role in empowering the human capital that ultimately result in performance development.
A Model for Knowledge Sharing Among the Faculty Members of Islamic Azad University(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: the aim of this study was to provide a model for sharing knowledge among the faculty members of Islamic Azad University, due to the increasing need for organizations to share the knowledge at all organizational levels. Methodology: In terms of purpose and data type, this is a mixed study. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of 23 specialists and experts, and in a small section, 1803 faculty members were selected in the cluster sampling method using Krejcie-Morgan table. A questionnaire was developed to determine the knowledge sharing indices using the previous studies and interviewing with the experts. Findings: Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through face validity, content and construct, and its reliability was obtained greater than 0.70 for all components, using Cronbach's alpha and the mixed reliability coefficient. Based on the obtained structural equation, the organizational factors (0.89) and individual factors (0.38) explain the variance of knowledge sharing among the faculty members. The value of fitting goodness index is greater than 0.9 and the value of the mean square error estimate was obtained 0.051. Conclusion: For the successful implementation and deployment of knowledge sharing at all levels among the faculty members, the organizational factors must be strongly considered and the probable barriers eliminated; as well as the individual and personality factors to be taken into account.
Presenting a causal model of the influential factors in applying continuous electronic on-the-job training in the leasing employees of Bank Mellat(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
The present study aimed to investigate the factors influencing applying continuous electronic on-the-job training in the leasing employees of Bank Mellat, Iran. This correlational study was conducted on a sample population consisting of all the leasing employees of Bank Mellat. Given the limited sample population, census sampling was used, and all the leasing employees of Bank Mellat (n=155) were selected. Various instruments were used to measure the research variables, including the electronic job training questionnaire by Fagan et al. (2004), the quantum management skills questionnaire by Altafi (2011), the facilitating conditions questionnaire by Raleting and Nel (2011), the knowledge sharing questionnaire by van den Hof and van Vinen (2004), the computer self-efficacy questionnaire by Wolters and Daugherty (2007), the organizational intelligence profile by Albrecht (2003), the questionnaire of perceived usefulness by Teo et al. (2007), the survey of technology use experience by Fagan et al. (2004), and the organizational culture questionnaire by Gaffy and Jones (1996). The findings indicated that among the direct effects, the most significant direct effect was exerted by the conditions of technology use on perceived usefulness (0.32), whereas the least significant direct effect was exerted by quantum skills on knowledge sharing (0.15), as well as the effect of knowledge sharing on applying continuous electronic on-the-job training (0.15). Further, the most significant indirect effect was exerted by facilitating conditions on applying continuous electronic on-the-job training (0.09), and the least significant indirect effect was exerted by organizational intelligence on applying continuous electronic on-the-job training (0.03), as well as the effect of experience in using technology on perceived usefulness (0.03). Finally, the least significant total effect was exerted by experience in using technology on perceived usefulness (0.03), and the most significant total effect was exerted by the conditions of using technology on perceived usefulness (0.32).

The issue of proper career path development is important for employees in many organizations such as the education department according to the knowledge management model, so this study aims to design a career development model for female teachers based on the knowledge management model in the General Directorate of Education. Mazandaran province was done. The statistical population studied in this study consisted of all employees of the General Department of Education in Mazandaran province. Statistical sample size 269 people were selected through random sampling method through Krejcie Morgan table. In this study, Shine's career development and knowledge management questionnaire were used. The reliability of these two questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha was 0.75 and 0.78, respectively. For statistical analysis, SPSS software version 20 and pls3 were used and the alpha level was considered 05p 05 0.05. The results showed that the value of t in all paths between the research factors was equal to and greater than 2.58. As a result, there is a significant relationship between the main factors and their sub-factors in the conceptual-analytical model of the research and also the results showed that the fit of the general research model is appropriate and strong. In general, it can be said that between the first step of the career path with the second step of the career path, between the second step of the career path with the third step of the career path, and between the third step of the career path with the fourth step of the career path of teachers Employees of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province, in the conceptual-analytical model of career development path, there is a direct and significant relationship.
Knowledge Sharing in Sport Organizations: The Role of Social Capital(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Knowledge management and its dimensions have an important role in the sustainable development of sport organizations; therefore, the main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of social capital components on knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman. 193 staff in sport and youth offices in Kerman participated in this study through a total sampling approach, and completed a valid and reliable questionnaire. The findings of the research by applying structural equation modeling demonstrated that the social capital components (mutual respect and trust, participation and teamwork, social cohesion, openness to criticism, and relationship networks) had a positive and significant effect on the knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman. According to the research findings, developing social capital and its components can play an important role in the process of knowledge sharing in sport and youth offices in Kerman.

In the current business environment and the post-corona era, quality information builds the foundation of knowledge sharing and facilitates business process management, and all of these play a fundamental role in the innovative performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of information quality on the innovative performance of SMEs concerning the mediating role of knowledge sharing and business process management. The research method is applied in terms of the goal and the descriptive survey is in terms of the method. The statistical population of the research is 460 SMEs in Kerman, of which 210 companies were selected as a statistical sample based on Morgan’s table. The sampling method is random sampling, and the research tool is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Finally, 420 questionnaires were distributed among managers and vice presidents of companies. The data was analyzed with SPSS 26 and SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the research indicate that knowledge sharing and business process management play a mediating role in influencing the quality of information on the innovative performance of SMEs. Information quality has an impact on knowledge sharing, business process management, and innovative performance of SMEs. Knowledge sharing and business process management affect the innovative performance of SMEs. SMEs should continuously improve the quality of company information, and by using this information, and through knowledge sharing and business process management, improve innovative performance.
Reevaluating the DeLone and McLean Model for EHR Success and Knowledge-Sharing in a Saudi Public Medical Complex(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This paper investigates the success of the EHR system and its impacts on the knowledge-sharing process by healthcare professionals in a public medical complex in Saudi Arabia. It aims to reexamine and evaluate the usefulness of the updated DeLone & McLean IS success model considering IS in the healthcare context. The study is based on a quantitative methodology conducted at a public medical complex in Saudi Arabia. The data analysis was performed by combining descriptive and exploratory analysis. SPSS was used to test the constructs' validity and scale reliability. Additionally, using AMOS to test the model fit and examine the direct and indirect relationships among dependent and independent variables, structural equation modeling was performed. The results support the role of EHR use in enhancing knowledge-sharing practices within the medical care complex. The findings show that EHR users appreciate knowledge transfer and collaboration between medical staff. The findings suggest that the EHR’s characteristics of information quality, system quality, and service quality promote medical care knowledge-sharing through system satisfaction and use. This study helps medical staff and health decision-makers to understand the EHR benefits and the medical digital innovations that may contribute to improving the work conditions at care organizations. It shows that healthcare organizations can identify various benefits from the use of the EHR**,** especially in terms of knowledge management and sharing to propose better medical services. The paper contributes to the existing empirical literature by demonstrating the confirmation of the D&M Model as a relevant instrument for IS success within the healthcare sector.
