حوزههای تخصصی:
Today the importance of the environment is a global issue. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the relationship between psychological empowerment and intrinsic motivation with environmental behavior through descriptive-survey. The statistical population consisted of first-grade high school students in district 2 of Tehran, among which 380 were randomly selected. Three questionnaires were used to collect data: Spreitzer psychological empowerment (1995), Patrick & Leone intrinsic motivation (2009) and Erzengin & Teke environmental behavior (2013). The results of Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression showed that among the components of psychological empowerment there was a significant relationship between the components of sense of meaning, sense of competence and sense of efficacy with environmental behavior but the component of the sense of choice was not significant. The overall relation between two variables (psychological empowerment and environmental behavior) was also significant. Among components of intrinsic motivation, interest and pleasures components, sense of effort, sense of powerfulness and utilization also had a significant relationship with environmental behavior, but there was no significant relationship between the sensitization components. The overall relation between two variables (intrinsic motivation and environmental behavior) was also significant
Designing an Environmental Behavior Model Based on Learning and Social Responsibility Organization (Case Study of Gorgan Secondary School Teachers)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزههای تخصصی:
Purpose: The aim of this study was to design an environmental behavior model based on learning organization and social responsibility among high school teachers in Gorgan. Methodology: The method of this research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the category of descriptive research of correlation type and in terms of method in the form of research mixed with exploratory approach. Were done using purposive sampling method and using the principle of maximum diversity to achieve theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all high school teachers (formal, contract and contract) in Gorgan in the academic year 2019-20, which in this study due to different areas (rural and urban) and suitable for both sexes (female and male) Stratified random sampling with proportional attribution was used and the total sample size was 234 people. In order to measure the variables in the qualitative method, in-depth semi-structured interview was used and in a small part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Confirmatory factor analysis and patterning of structural equations were used to analyze the data and fit indicators were used to determine the fit and validity of the designed patterns using LISREL software. Findings: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 sub-categories were obtained. The main categories are: management and leadership, policy and strategy formulation, training missions, environmental awareness, environmental behavior, responsibility Social and organizational learning orientation. In the quantitative part of the research, to present the model of environmental behavior based on the learning organization and social responsibility, data normality test, sample adequacy test, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis and then structural research model was presented. . Based on the results of the quantitative analysis of the research, all hypotheses and indicators were in good condition. Conclusion: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 categories of results showed the first step towards achieving a model of environmental behavior based on learning organization and social responsibility in high school teachers in Gorgan, perspective study, Philosophy, rules and regulations of educational management of high school schools in Gorgan

The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social capital and its components with environmental protection behaviors (P<0.05). According to these findings, it can be concluded that by strengthening social capital, it can be expected that pro-environmental behaviors will increase and better conditions will be provided for the future generations of the country.
Environmental Socialization: An Analysis of Meaning and Concept and an Assessment of the Contexts(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزههای تخصصی:
One of the functions of environmental sociology is the creation and development of socio-environmental concepts. “Environmental socialization” is one such concept, addressing which can offer valuable insights for future research, policymaking, and intervention strategies. Accordingly, this article aims first to explore the meaning and conceptual dimensions of environmental socialization as thoroughly as possible, and second to identify the contexts influencing it through a review of the theoretical literature and empirical studies in the field. This research employs a document-based method using content analysis of relevant texts. In terms of data collection, it is a library-based study, and in terms of data analysis, it falls within the category of qualitative content research. Based on the most prominent and recurrent themes found in expert definitions of the broader concept of "socialization," “environmental socialization” can be defined as the process of learning and internalizing environmental attitudes and awareness, and their behavioral manifestation in everyday life. Furthermore, drawing on themes derived from empirical research, the primary contexts in which environmental socialization occurs include residential environments, family, peer groups, educational settings, and media.
Exploring Ethical Purchase Behavior in Tourism Based on Circular Economy: The Mediating Role of Purchase Intention and the Impact of Awareness, Value, and Attitude(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزههای تخصصی:
The circular economy offers a disruptive transition from the traditional linear economy through the lens of resource efficiency, waste reduction, and natural system restoration via closed-loop operations. This research presents evidence of the influence of environmental consciousness, perceived value, and moral disposition on the ethical buying intentions and behavior of European tourists in Tehran in the context of the circular business model (CBM). Furthermore, the role of individual characteristics in the interactions between them is determined. The study used an applied, descriptive-correlational design. Data collection was done through structured questionnaires, and data analysis was done via SPSS 26, AMOS 25, and PLS-SEM. The results show that awareness, value, and attitude significantly affect purchasing intent, and purchasing intent is a strong predictor of actual behavior. The study adds to the argument for sustainable tourism in the literature by recognizing the psychological aspects of ethical consumption in the context of the circular economy. To this end, it provides practical implications for tourism managers interested in designing and implementing more consumer-centric circular approaches. However, due to the use of a limited, local, and self-reported sample, the results should be interpreted with caution and generalizability should be considered.
