Review of Affective Factors on Performance Measurement in Supply Chain Management System (Case Study: IKCo, Iran)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research try to deal with Review the performance measurement in supply chain management (Case Study: IKCO, Iran) and the main question of the research has raised as following: what are the affective factors on performance measurement in supply chain management and how will their prioritization be based on Friedman's Test? The methodology of this research is a kind of applicable descriptive – survey. Statistical population of this research is 63 related managers, top experts and experts of IKCO. After choosing the sample size, validity of questionnaire was appraised by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient that it was efficient and useful. For examining the normality of data distribution of statistical group, Kolmogorov – Smirnoff test was used. Obtained results from examination of conceptual model of research and testing of its hypotheses showed that the distribution of data in statistical group is abnormal. Ranking of examined main factors in conceptual model was conducted on Friedman test. Then for examination of level of main effective factors t-test was used.

Identifying the factors and components affecting trust-based cooperation in the automobile supply chain and their impact on the performance of the chain member companies(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research is to identify factors and components that affect a trust-based cooperation in the automobile supply chain and their impact on the performance of the supply chain companies. This paper includes 2 parts. In the first part, by studying the research history and literature and interviewing academic and industrial scholars and experts, four hidden variables of trust-based cooperation in automobile industry were identified and the basic research model was designed. In the second part, using Structural Equation verification and path analysis, the impact of these variables on trust-based cooperation and the impact of trust-based cooperation on the performance of the supply chain companies were studied. Research population consisted of Iran-Khodro and Saipa’s supply chain companies including part makers, major car manufacturers and distributors. Data gathering method was questionnaires that were given to 400 companies –one questionnaire per company- 196 of which were returned and analyzed. In this phase, first, by confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis, validity and stability of the indexes that were derived from the model in the first phase, were tested, all of which were confirmed. Four hypotheses were developed based on the conceptual model of the research and tested by path analysis. According to the findings, 3 of the hypotheses were confirmed and one was rejected. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions were presented for improving the performance of companies in the automobile supply chain and for future researches. .

The main aim of this study is proposing an assessment model for evaluating the supply chain sustainability across the automotive sector. In this study, through reviewing the sustainability indicators in the economic, social, environmental, and governance pillars, the fuzzy Delphi is applied. Then, survey method is used to implement the model designed in CANFIS to evaluate the sustainability indicators. In this research, the proposed model was used for evaluating the sustainability in four pillars which is more inclusive than previous research. To improve the sustainability, it must be evaluated and measured so that after the improvement measures, the results are determined through measurement. According to the findings, it was concluded that the model designed in CANFIS was a reliable tool for assessing the sustainability .

A Bi Objective for Designing Sustainable Supply Chain Network Economic based Competition by Cost Management Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This paper presents an integrated mathematical model for cost – environmental based competition between sustainable supply chains (SCCs) with heterogeneous customers in four echelon supply with multi product. The main objective of this paper is to provide bi objective mathematical model for designing SSC network economic based competition and optimize by using meta-heuristic algorithms. Assuming the customers are heterogeneous in the above criteria i.e. cost and pol-lution decision making, we integrated mathematical model and formulated objectives and constraints based multi-echelon supply chain network. The main contribution of this research is to a discrete choice model is integrated into the supply chain network economic model and extends the inter supply chain competition to a new dimensions of cost and environmental. The model in this problem is solved using two metaheuristic algorithms NSGAII and MOPSP. Examples of real case study related to Emersan company is presented for model illustration and managerial insights such as profit maximization and minimize cost for Emersan company that participates in this supply chain network. Finally, NSGA-II performs better and has shorter time in terms of computational time, but MOPSO algorithm is more efficient in MID, SM, QM and DM indices. In comparison of these two algorithms, the performance of MOPSO algorithm is generally better than NSGAII by in indices.

Designing the Green Tourism Supply Chain Management Model in the Sport Industry(مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

The objective of this research is to develop the green tourism supply chain management model for the sports industry. The research method is descriptive - correlational. 140 managers and sports experts in the country responded to a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section (systematic exploratory) including 15 variables and 59 items on a 5- point Likert scale. SPSS, Smart PLS software was used for modeling. The results showed that the effect of three environmental, tourism, and sports ecosystems on ecological management in the sports industry is important (with coefficients of 0.54, 0.88, and 0.63, respectively). The effect of green shopping on green consumption and green recycling was significant with coefficients of 0.67 and 0.43. Green consumption and green recovery variables had significant effects on the consequences of the green tourism supply chain with coefficients of 0.88 and 0.62. In general, based on research findings, green tourism supply chain management in sport manufacturing firms is systematic and result from the impact of factors associated with the ecosystem, industry, and customer point of view.

Background: Blockchain, mainly known for supporting cryptocurrencies, has a much broader role, as seen in this paper. These fundamental features of decentralization and immutability guarantee improved security and transparency in multiple spheres of human life. Objective: The article seeks to review current literature on new prospects of using blockchain as a secure way of sharing data with the purpose of establishing its advantages and disadvantages in this field. Methods: Relevant academic articles and papers published in the last 5 years were considered, and research cases of blockchain applications in numerous fields including healthcare, finance, supply chain, etc. This incorporates a review of blockchain within the capacity of data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Results: The results show that blockchain can greatly improve the security and credibility of data in data sharing by reducing common vulnerability and offering reliable traceability. The technology ensures safe transactions of data and minimizes the possibilities of manipulation of data in fields which involve sensitive data processes. Conclusion: Opportunities for the blockchain for secure data sharing are demonstrated across several industries through current advancements. However, it also has limitations that includes size ability, compatibility and legislation issues which still has to be solved. The study should therefore consider the following recommendations about the barriers outlined above in order to enhance the application of blockchain in secure data sharing in the future.

Background: The length and depth of global supply networks have been rising over time, causing permanent problems in visibility, protection, and performance. Blockchain technology has come out as a disruptive technology to tackle all these problems, by providing decentralized, safe and transparent systems.  Objective: This article examines the use of blockchain technology within the context of supply chain and specifically digs deeper into the area of increased transparency, security and subsequent efficient supply chain transactions. The aim is to show that it is possible to transform resource supply chain operations through blockchain and engender trust amongst stakeholders. Methods: Permissioned blockchain system has been design and implemented using proof of Authority (PoA) consensus algorithm. IoT sensors were deployed to obtain data in real-time, and smart contracts were incorporated to perform the tasks of product evaluation, and payment authorization. The performance of the system was assessed depending on the indicators including the number of transactions per time or volume per time, time taken for each transaction, auditability and workability. Results: The combination of high transaction throughput with low latency made the blockchain system scalable as well as operationally stable. Smart contracts were able to minimize the time taken and mistakes, and improve the integration of IoT in relation to tracing transactions in real time. The system also proved that it had the ability to withstand cyber assaults and no data were compromised.  Conclusion: Based on the analysis of supply chain problems, blockchain technology can be used to transform supply chain management. Furthermore, more studies should be done on the future compatibility of the usage of such a system with new technology trends and also its implementation in multiple regions supply chain to harness this valuable system.

Analyzing Competitive Strategies in Factoryless Manufacturing Using Agent-Based Simulation(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Objective : This study addresses the fabless manufacturing business model's increasing relevance and complexity of decision-making. The primary aim is to develop and evaluate a simulation model for analyzing competitive strategies and optimizing managerial decisions in fabless supply chains.  Methodology: An agent-based simulation approach was employed to model interactions between fabless companies and manufacturing factories. The decision-making process for manufacturing partners was based on three key criteria: quality, cost, and availability. The simulation was implemented using AnyLogic software and analyzed under competitive and non-competitive market scenarios. Validation was conducted using real-world data to ensure model accuracy and applicability. Results : The study reveals that the weighting of criteria—quality, cost, and availability—significantly affects company performance in fabless manufacturing supply chains. Companies prioritizing quality tend to gain long-term advantages, while those focusing on cost may achieve short-term profits but struggle with sustainability. Competition complicates the balance of these criteria, leading to increased system-wide costs. These findings emphasize the need for nuanced strategies in dynamic markets. Conclusion : The developed simulation model offers a robust quantitative framework for analyzing and optimizing decision-making in fabless manufacturing supply chains. It is a valuable decision-support tool for managers, enabling them to adopt optimal strategies that reduce costs, enhance product quality, and improve customer satisfaction in dynamic and competitive market conditions.
