چکیده
این مقاله به بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق حرفه ای و عملکرد شغلی معلمان می پردازد. هدف اصلی، تحلیل تأثیر رعایت اصول اخلاقی بر بهبود عملکرد معلمان و در نهایت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش است. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر مرور سیستماتیک مقالات و مطالعات پیشین در این حوزه است که از منابع داخلی و خارجی استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که اخلاق حرفه ای به عنوان یک عامل کلیدی، تأثیر مستقیمی بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان دارد و منجر به افزایش انگیزه، تعهد، و اثربخشی در فرایند یاددهی-یادگیری می شود. همچنین، رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای باعث ایجاد محیطی مبتنی بر اعتماد و همکاری در مدارس می شود که این امر به نوبه خود عملکرد دانش آموزان را بهبود می بخشد. نتیجه گیری کلی این است که توجه به اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام آموزشی نه تنها به عنوان یک ضرورت اخلاقی، بلکه به عنوان یک راهبرد مؤثر برای توسعه آموزشی و اجتماعی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.The Impact of Professional Ethics on Teachers' Job Performance: Analyzing Challenges and Solutions

Moreover, adherence to professional ethics fosters a trust-based and collaborative environment in schools, which in turn improves student performance. The conclusion emphasizes that professional ethics in the educational system should be regarded not only as a moral necessity but also as an effective strategy for educational and social development.
