نظام آموزش نسل چهار: شناسایی فناوری های نوین و امکان سنجی پیاده سازی آن در دانشگاه های کشور (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
جهان امروز در حال تجربه یک موج تغییر با فناوری های دیجیتال و تغییرات فن آورانه است که روندها را تعیین می کنند و بر هر جنبه ای از زندگی تأثیر می گذارد، فناوری های جدید زندگی انسان را به طرق مختلف بهبود می بخشد. برای همگام شدن با این موج تغییر، باید نظام آموزشی کشور را به روز کرد تا این تغییرات از سنین پایین تر در اولویت قرار گیرد. این شامل ادغام فناوری ها در سرفصل آموزشی و پرورش یک محیط یادگیری است تا نوآوری و حل مسئله را تشویق کند و از آن به عنوان آموزش 0/4 یاد می شود. هدف از این مقاله شناسایی فناوری هایی که لازمه ی پیاده سازی آموزش 0/4 است، می باشد و پس از شناسایی بررسی می کند که آیا مراکز آموزش عالی امکان پیاده سازی این فناوری ها را دارد یا خیر؟. برای دستیابی به این هدف بیش از 70 مقاله منتشر شده لاتین موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. با توجه به هدف تحقیق، روش تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) برای انجام تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی و شیوه گردآوری داده ها اسنادی-کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد. پس از بررسی کامل مقالات تعداد 27 مضمون پایه شناسایی شد که در 7 دسته مضمون سازمان دهنده ی: 1-فناوری های ارتباطی و شبکه، 2- محتوای تعاملی، 3- فناوری های مبتنی برهوش مصنوعی، 4-فناوری های آموزشی، یادگیری و تعاملی 5- فناوری های دیجیتال، 6- فناوری های واقعیت و شبیه سازی، 7- فناوری نوآورانه قرار گرفت و در نهایت مضامین سازمان دهنده در 2 دسته بندی فراگیر،1- فناوری های ارتباطی و آموزشی و 2- فناوری های نوین و هوش مصنوعی قرار گرفتند. پس از تهیه و توزیع پرسشنامه، باتحلیل داده های بدست آمده از 6 دانشگاه کشور جهت امکان سنجی پیاده سازی این فناوری ها نتیجه شد که دانشگاه ها آمادگی لازم جهت تهیه و بکارگیری فناوری های مرتبط با نظام آموزش نسل 0/4 را ندارند.THE FOURTH GENERATION EDUCATION SYSTEM: IDENTIFYING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND FEASIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION IN THE COUNTRY’S UNIVERSITIES
Today’s world is experiencing a wave of change driven by digital tech life. The new technologies enhances human life in various ways. To keep pace with this wave of change, it is necessary to update the educational system of the country so that these changes are prioritized from an early age. This includes integrating technologies into the curriculum and fostering a learning environment that technologies and technological advancements that are shaping trends and impacting every aspect of encourages innovation and problem-solving, referred to as 4/0 education. The aim of this article is to identify the technologies necessary for implementing 4/0 education and to examine whether higher education institutions have the capacity to implement these technologies. To achieve this goal, over 70 published Latin articles were studied. Given the research objective, a mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative) was utilized. This study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-exploratory in nature, and employs document-library and field data collection methods. After thoroughly reviewing the articles, 27 basic themes were identified, which were organized into 7 thematic categories: 1. Communication and network technologies, 2. Interactive content, 3. AI-based technologies, 4. Educational, learning, and interactive technologies, 5. Digital technologies, 6. Reality and simulation technologies, and 7. Innovative technologies. Ultimately, the organizing themes were classified into 2 overarching categories: 1. Communication and educational technologies, and 2. Innovative technologies and artificial intelligence. Following the preparation and distribution of a questionnaire, an analysis of the data obtained from 6 universities in the country revealed that these institutions do not have the necessary readiness to prepare and implement technologies related to the 4/0 generation educational system.
