ارزیابی اثربخشی رهبری تحول آفرین در ادغام رایانه و نرم افزارهای آموزشی در فرایند تدریس دروس علوم

چکیده
این پژوهش کیفی با هدف بررسی اثربخشی رهبری تحول آفرین در ادغام رایانه و نرم افزارهای آموزشی در فرایند تدریس دروس علوم در مقطع ابتدایی در مدارس غرب استان مازندران انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان مدارس ابتدایی این منطقه است که به دلیل نقش مستقیم در فرایند تدریس و تعامل با فناوری های آموزشی انتخاب شدند. نمونه گیری به روش هدفمند و نظری صورت گرفت به گونه ای که معلمان دارای تجربه کافی در استفاده از فناوری های آموزشی و آشنایی با سبک رهبری تحول آفرین به عنوان نمونه های کلیدی برگزیده شدند. تعداد نمونه ها تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ای (۱۵ تا ۲۰ نفر) ادامه یافت تا غنای داده ها و جامعیت تحلیل تضمین شود. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA و روش کدگذاری باز و محوری تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که رهبری تحول آفرین با ایجاد انگیزه، حمایت و توانمندسازی معلمان، نقش مهمی در تسهیل ادغام فناوری در آموزش علوم ایفا می کند. همچنین، زیرساخت های فناوری، آموزش مستمر و حمایت سازمانی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت این فرآیند هستند. این پژوهش می تواند راهنمایی عملی برای مدیران و سیاست گذاران آموزشی در غرب استان مازندران برای بهره برداری مؤثر از فناوری در آموزش باشد.Evaluating the Effectiveness of Transformational Leadership in Integrating Computers and Educational Software in the Science Teaching Process
This qualitative study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of transformational leadership in integrating computers and educational software in the science teaching process at the elementary level in schools in western Mazandaran province. The statistical population includes elementary school teachers in this region who were selected due to their direct role in the teaching process and interaction with educational technologies. Sampling was carried out using a purposive and theoretical method in such a way that teachers with sufficient experience in using educational technologies and familiarity with the transformational leadership style were selected as key samples. The number of samples continued until data saturation (15 to 20 people) was reached to ensure the richness of the data and the comprehensiveness of the analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using MAXQDA software and open and axial coding methods. The findings showed that transformational leadership plays an important role in facilitating the integration of technology in science education by motivating, supporting, and empowering teachers. Also, technology infrastructure, continuous training, and organizational support are key factors for the success of this process. This research can be a practical guide for educational administrators and policymakers in western Mazandaran province for the effective use of technology in education.
