زکات انگاری الزامات غیرمالی تمدّن ساز در فرهنگ اسلامی مبتنی بر دیدگاه اهل بیت علیهم السلام (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
ساخت تمدن تراز اسلامی در عصر احیاء، جز با درک عمیق و کاربست همه جانبه آموزه های ثقلین امکان پذیر نیست. پرسش مشخص در پژوهش حاضر آن است که مبتنی بر دیدگاه اهل بیت به عنوان راهبران شاخص فراعصری در فرهنگ اسلامی، ابعاد غیرمالی و غیرشرعی هنجار زکات که دارای تأثیر تمدنی هستند، چگونه تعریف می شود؟ بر اساس یافته های پژوهش به روش تحلیلی، در فرهنگ اسلامی التزام همگانی و حداکثری به فرهنگ معیار، منش سازنده و اصلاح گرانه در عرصه اجتماعی، نقش آفرینی فعّال علمی آموزشی و منش خدمت محور در نهاد حاکمیّت، زکات انگاری گردیده است. در نتیجه مشخص گردید اهل بیت با این گفتمان، مترصد آن بودند که جامعه عناصر تمدّن ساز را بسان شریعت فریضه بدانند؛ هرچند این موضوعات به صورت خاص در دایره فروع دین نگنجند و عنوان فریضه شرعی بر آنان بار نگردد. به علاوه اهل بیت با زکات انگاری نقش های تمدّنی کوشیده اند تا ذهنیّت اکتفا به مسئولیت مالی، به عموم برخورداری های انسانی در بروز نقش های مثبت اجتماعی گسترش یابد.Zakat as a Non-Financial Civilizing Requirement in Islamic Culture Based on the Perspective of the Ahl al-Bayt
Building an Islamic-level civilization in the current era is not possible except with a deep understanding and comprehensive application of the teachings of the Thaqalayn. The specific question in the present study is: How are the non-financial and non-Shariah dimensions of the zakat norm, which have a civilizational impact, defined based on the perspective of the Ahl al-Bayt as the transcendental leaders in Islamic culture? Based on the findings of the analytical research, in Islamic culture, a universal and maximum commitment to a culture of standards, a constructive and reformative character in the social arena, an active role in scientific education, and a service-oriented character in the institution of governance have been considered zakat. As a result, it became clear that the Ahl al-Bayt, through this discourse, were intent on making society consider the elements of civilization as a religious obligation; although these issues are not specifically included in the circle of branches of religion and are not considered religious obligations. In addition, the Ahl al-Bayt have tried to expand the mentality of being content with financial responsibility to the general human enjoyments in the manifestation of positive social roles by considering zakat as a civilizational role.
