چکیده
هدف: هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر روایت الگوی تحول دانشگاه شیراز به منظور تبیین و ترسیم تجربه تحول نسلی یا انقلابی این دانشگاه و فراهم سازی امکان تحقق عینی، بازسازی و اصلاح آن است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با بهره گیری از رویکرد روایت پژوهی انجام گرفت. داده های پژوهش شامل مصاحبه های روایتی، اسناد و مدارک و یادآورنویسی بود که در طی مراحلی نظیر تعیین مضامین قالب، شناسایی مضامین، ساخت شبکه های مضمونی و یکپارچه سازی اکتشاف ها، به روایت تحول دانشگاه شیراز منجر شد. یافته ها: روایت تحول دانشگاه در پنج دوره توصیف شد: (۱) آموزش محوری و امپراتوری سازی (۱۳۷۰–۱۳۹۷)، (۲) پژوهش محوری و برنامه جهت دار پژوهشی (۱۳۹۷–۱۳۹۸)، (۳) دانشگاه کارآفرین و تغییرات پوسته ای (۱۳۹۸–۱۳۹۹)، (۴) حکمت بنیانی و سیاست گذاری فرا و میان رشته ای (۱۳۹۹–۱۴۰۱)، و (۵) سرگردانی تحول؛ استمرار یا تقلیل (۱۴۰۱–۱۴۰۳). نتیجه گیری: تاریخیت تحول دانشگاه شیراز نشان دهنده تنیدگی و رقابت میان دو نظام است: نظام بروکراتیک با رویکرد سازمانی و قدرت محور و نظام علم و فناوری با رویکرد اجتماعی و تمدنی. بر اساس تجربه انباشته حاصل از مراحل پیشین، سه محور اصلی در حرکت تحولی دانشگاه عبارت اند از: «تثبیت نظام های تحولی در بافتار»، «توسعه ظرفیت تصمیم های تحولی» و «توسعه حکمرانی علم و فناوری» که جهت دهنده دالان تحول خواهند بود.Narrative of the Transformation of Shiraz University from 1991 to 2024
Objective: The purpose of this research is to narrate the pattern of transformation of Shiraz University in order to explain and outline the experience of generational or revolutionary transformation of this university and to provide the possibility of its objective realization, reconstruction, and reform. Methods: In this study, narrative research has been used. The research data included narrative interviews, documents, and memos, which led to the narrative of the development of Shiraz University through steps such as determining the themes of the template, identifying themes, building thematic networks, and integrating discoveries. Results: The narrative of university transformation was described in five periods: (1) Education-centric and empire-building (1930–1988), (2) Research-centric and research-oriented program (1988–1999), (3) Entrepreneurial university and shell changes (1999–2019), (4) Wisdom-based and transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary policy-making (1999–2022), and (5) The wanderings of transformation; continuity or reduction (2022–2023). Conclusion: The historicity of Shiraz University's transformation reflects the tension and competition between two systems: a bureaucratic system with an organizational and power-oriented approach and a science and technology system with a social and civilizational approach. Based on the accumulated experience from previous stages, the three main axes in the university's transformational movement are: "stabilizing transformational systems in context", "developing the capacity for transformational decisions", and "developing science and technology governance", which will guide the corridor of transformation.
