تبیین غیرت پسندیده حضرت فاطمه (س) در جریان شکایتی از حضرت علی با رویکرد فقهی

چکیده
یکی از احادیثی که در شأن حضرت علی و فاطمه(س) صادر شده، روایتِ شکایت حضرت فاطمه(س) در مورد امیرالمؤمنین(ع) در راستای پیشگیری از اتهام بی عدالتی است. متأسفانه این حدیث با نگاه سطحی و عامیانه، مطرود و مهجور مانده است. به پیروی از این طرد، الگوگیری از اسوه غیرت، در این خصوص به طورکلی منتفی شده است و غیرتِ زن، ویژگی پسندیده ای محسوب نمی شود. در پژوهش های موجود، صرفاً به بررسی سندیِ حدیث پرداخته و به سبب برداشتِ نادرست از دلالت آن و ضعف سند، روایت را جعلی و ساختگی پنداشته اند. نوشتار حاضر به روش کتابخانه ای و توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد انتقادی، ابتدا مفهوم غیرت و انواع آن و سپس تبیینِ پسندیدگیِ غیرت حضرت فاطمه(س) و در انتها دلایل إبطالِ برداشتِ مشهور از این حدیث را بیان کرده است. دستاورد این پژوهش، تبیینِ مفهوم غیرت و انواع آن و همچنین پسندیدگیِ غیرتِ حضرت فاطمه(س) در دفاع از امیرالمؤمنین(ع) است.Explaining Lady Fatimah's Praiseworthy Jealousy (Ghirah) in the Context of a Complaint against Imam Ali (PBUH): a Jurisprudential Approach
One of the hadiths that has been narrated regarding Imam Ali and Lady Fatimah (PBUT) is the account of Lady Fatimah’s complaint about Imam Ali, the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH), to prevent accusations of injustice. Unfortunately, this hadith has been dismissed and neglected with a superficial and popular perspective. As a result, modeling after this example of jealousy (ghirah in Arabic) has been entirely dismissed, and a woman's jealousy is not considered a praiseworthy trait. The present studies have only focused on examining the hadith’s authenticity and, due to incorrect interpretations and weak documentation, have deemed the hadith as fabricated and forged. Using a library and descriptive-analytical method with a critical approach, this study first elucidates the concept of jealousy and its types, explaining the praiseworthiness of Lady Fatimah’s jealousy. Finally, it presents the reasons for refuting the common interpretation of this hadith. The achievement of this study is the explanation of jealousy, its types, and the praiseworthiness of Lady Fatimah’s jealousy of defending Commander of the Faithful (PBUH).
