چکیده
این تحقیق باهدف بررسی رابطه بین ذهنیت فلسفی با عملکرد پژوهشی و خلاقیت اساتید دانشگاه آزاد شهربابک در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 انجام شده است، با درنظرگرفتن هدف و ماهیت پژوهش روش تحقیق این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث جمع آوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی، مقطعی است، جامعه آماری این پژوهش 60 نفر اساتید دانشگاه آزاد شهرستان شهربابک و حجم نمونه مورد بررسی در این تحقیق به دلیل کوچک بودن واحد دانشگاهی تمام شمار در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه ذهنیت فلسفی، پرسش نامه سنجش خلاقیت تورنس و پرسش نامه عملکرد پژوهشی بوده است، نتایج تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین ذهنیت فلسفی و تدریس خلاقانه اساتید دانشگاه آزاد شهربابک رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد و بین ذهنیت فلسفی و عملکرد اساتید دانشگاه آزاد شهربابک رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد استادانی که طرز تفکر فلسفی دارند توجهی بی حد به فنون تدریس داشته و در فرایند تدریس از ذهن فلسفی خود تأثیر پذیرفته و از روش های فعال و خلاقانه تدریس استفاده می نمایند و به وسیله آن روش های تدریس فعال می توانند در یادگیری دانشجویان مؤثر باشند و همچنین ذهنیت فلسفی بر عملکرد تدریس آنان به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین وظایف استادان دانشگاه تأثیر مثبتی گذاشته و از پس وظایفی که موجب افزایش کیفیت تدریس می شوند؛ مانند برنامه ریزی و آمادگی فرایند تدریس، ارزشیابی و روابط انسانی مدیریت کلاس و انجام مشارکت حرفه ای به خوبی برآیند و می توان انتظار داشت که کیفیت تدریس در آن دانشگاه نیز در حد مطلوبی می باشد.The relationship between philosophical mindset and research performance and creativity of professors at Shahr Babak Azad University
This study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the relationship between philosophical mindset and research performance and creativity of professors at Shahr Babak Azad University in the academic year 2024-2025. Considering the purpose and nature of the study, the research method of this study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study is 60 professors of Shahr Babak Azad University, and the sample size studied in this study is the entire number due to the small size of the university unit.The data collection tools were the philosophical mindset questionnaire, the Torrance Creativity Assessment Questionnaire, and the research performance questionnaire. The results of data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between philosophical mindset and creative teaching of professors at Shahr Babak Azad University (r=0.512) and there is a positive and significant relationship between philosophical mindset and performance of professors at Shahr Babak Azad University (r=0.384). The findings of the study showed that professors who have a philosophical mindset pay great attention to teaching techniques and are influenced by their philosophical mind in the teaching process and use active and creative teaching methods. Through these active teaching methods, students can learn effectively. Also, philosophical mindset has a positive effect on their teaching performance as one of the most important tasks of university professors. They are able to perform tasks that increase the quality of teaching, such as planning and preparing the teaching process, evaluating and human relations, managing the classroom, and conducting professional partnerships. It can be expected that the quality of teaching at that university is also at a desirable level.
