تحلیل فضایی شورش های شهری تهران از 1388 تا 1401 (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
شورش های شهری را یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار در برهم زدن نظم عمومی و امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان به شمار می آورند که موجب می شود مناسبات جامعه و دولت دچار تنش و بحران گردد. بدیهی است که شورش های شهری، در پایتخت ها از اهمیت و حساسیت بیشتری برخوردارند و نظام های سیاسی با بهره گیری از بازوهای اجرایی خود، سعی در کنترل پایتخت در قبال آشوب ها و ناآرامی های سیاسی - اجتماعی دارند. در ایران پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، چندین شورش شهری رخ داده که از میان آن ها ناآرامی های سال 1388، دی ماه 1396، آبان ماه 1398 و وقایع سال 1401 جایگاه قابل ملاحظه ای دارند. نکته قابل توجه این است که هرکدام از این شورش ها دارای الگوهای پخش گوناگونی در سطح شهر بوده اند که پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی مبتنی بر تحلیل فضایی، با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و به کمک ابزار Arc GIS سعی دارد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که الگوهای پخش شورش های شهری تهران در مقاطع زمانی موردنظر به چه نحوی بوده است؟ طبق نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش، مبرهن گردید که به طور عمده، پخش شورش های شهری تهران در سال 1388 به صورت جابجایی، در سال 1396 به صورت مجاورتی، در سال 1398 به صورت ناحیه ای و در سال 1401 به صورت ویروسی بوده است. مهم ترین عواملی که در نوع پخش این الگوها تأثیرگذار است، ماهیت و موضوع شورش ها و همچنین گسترده تر شدن جریان اطلاعات و شبکه های دیجیتالی و سایبری می باشد که بسیاری از شورش ها را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است.Spatial analysis of urban riots in Tehran from 2009 to 2022
Urban riots are considered to be one of the most important influencing factors in disrupting public order and social security of citizens, which causes tension and crisis in the relations between the society and the government. It is obvious that urban riots are more important and sensitive in the capitals and political systems, using their executive arms, try to control the capital in the face of social-political chaos and unrest. In Iran, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, there have been several urban riots, among which the riots of 2009, January 2018, November 2019 and the events of 2022 have a significant place. The noteworthy point is that each of these riots have had different spread patterns in the city, which the present research tries to answer this question with a descriptive-analytical approach based on spatial analysis, using library resources and with the help of Arc GIS tools. What were the patterns of urban riots in Tehran during the mentioned time periods? According to the results obtained from this research, it was revealed that mainly, the spread of urban riots in Tehran in 2009 was displacement, in 2018 it was contagious, in 2019 it was regional and in 2022 it was viral. The most important factors influencing the spread of these patterns are the nature and topic of the riots, as well as the widening of the flow of information and digital and cyber networks, which has affected many riots.
