بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی استان سمنان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی استان سمنان می باشد. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی است.رویکرد روش شناختی به موضوع کمی و روش پیمایش است. معلمان ورزش، کارشناسان ورزشی (دارای مدرک ورزشی)، پیشکسوتان ورزشی (با سابقه قهرمانی ملی و بین المللی) و روسای هیات های ورزشی استان سمنان به عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش در نظر گرفته شده اند. برای محاسبه حجم نمونه نیز از جدول مورگان استفاده شد که نمونه آماری 212 نفر به دست آمد. با استفاده از ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آماده گردید. جهت تعیین روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه و صحت و سقم سوالات، پرسشنامه در بین 15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی (اساتید دانشگاه های دولتی، آزاد، پیام نور و نیز دانشجویان مقطع دکترا) توزیع شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادها برای خلاصه کردن و طبقه بندی داده های خام از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین عامل رسانه با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این عامل بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی در استان سمنان موثر است. بین عامل کیفیت زندگی با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این عامل بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی در استان سمنان موثر است. بین عامل تاب آوری اجتماعی با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این عامل نیز بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی در استان سمنان موثر است. با توجه به نتایج محدودیت های اجرایی و عدم همکاری برخی از نمونه های تحقیق و بی توجهی آنها نسبت به تکمیل پرسشنامه را میتوان ب عنوان سختی کار در نظر گرفت.Study of social factors affecting the development of championship sports in Semnan province
The purpose of this study is to investigate the social factors affecting the development of championship sport in Semnan province. This research is practical based on the purpose. The methodological approach to the issue is quantitative and the survey method. Sport teachers, sports experts (with a sports degree), sports veterans (with a history of national and international championships) and heads of sports boards in Semnan province have been considered as the statistical population of the study. To calculate the sample size, Morgan's table was used, and the statistical sample of 212 people was obtained. Using the literature and research background, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared. In order to determine the face and content validity of the questionnaire and the accuracy of the questions, the questionnaire was distributed among 15 experts and specialists in sport management (professors of public, Azad and Payam Noor universities as well as phd. students). SPSS software was used to analyze the data to summarize and classify the raw data. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the media factor and the development of championship sport and also the media factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. There is a significant positive relationship between the quality-of-life factor and the development of championship sport and also the quality-of-life factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. There is a significant positive relationship between social resilience and the development of championship sport, and also the social resilience factor is effective on the development of championship sport in Semnan province. The administrative limitations and lack of cooperation of some of the research samples and their inattention to completing the questionnaire can be considered as the difficulty of the task
