بررسی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بر اساس معیارهای حرفه ای AFC (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: امروزه لیگ های معتبر جهانی سعی می کنند استانداردهای خود را ارتقا ببخشند تا راه رو به رشد خود را به سمت حرفه ای شدن برای سال های آینده حفظ کنند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بر اساس معیارهای حرفه ای AFC می باشد.روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی می باشد. از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به شکل میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمام مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال، سازمان لیگ، مدیران باشگاه ها، سرمربیان، مربیان و سرپرستان حاضر در لیگ برتر و استادان مطلع فوتبال ایران تشکیل دادند(102 نفر) که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری از نمونه گیری تمام شمار استفاده شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و آزمون کالموگراف اسمیرنوف و آزمون بایونومیال در سطح معناداری(05/0α=) استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که در وضعیت مطلوب، ورزشگاه (0329/4) و در وضعیت موجود، سازمان لیگ(8511/2)، دارای بالاترین میانگین نسبت به دیگر متغیرها بودند. همچنین یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که پنج مؤلفه ی مورد مطالعه در وضعیت موجود کمتر از وضعیت متوسط و میانگین(عدد 3) قرار داشته و نسبت به معیار AFC در حد مطلوبی قرار نداشته اند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش در پنج معیار مورد مطالعه، مطابقت آن را با معیار AFC رد کرد بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد مسئولین با تلاش های روز افزون و مدیریت صحیح گامی اساسی در پیشبرد و رساندن اهداف فوتبال ایران با معیارهای بین المللی بردارند.The study of Iran's Premier League football based on professional standards AFC
Objective: Nowadays, credible international leagues attempt to improve their standards to continue their progress to become proficient in next years. The aim of this research is the study of Iran's Premier League football based on professional standards AFC.Methodology: This research is a descriptive one. Base on the aim, it is functional and accomplished in field. The statistic population of this study included all Federation's managers, league organization, Club's managers, head coaches, instructors and obliging wardens (supervisors) of premier league and Iran's football experts (102 persons) that all had been selected due to the limited statistic population. In order to collect the data, a questionnaire was made by the researcher. To analyze the data using descriptive statistic methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Binomial Test at significance level (α= 0/05) were used.Results: The results showed that in optimal position, stadium (4/0329) and in the present situation, the League organization (2/8511), had the highest average comparing to other variables The results also showed that the five components being studied in the present situation were less than mean situation and the average (number 3) and they were not at a favorable level according to AFC standard.Conclusion: The results of the research in its five components rejected its conformity to AFC’s standards. So, it is suggested that people who are in charge try to develop increasingly and achieve Iran's football goals based on international standards.
