برآمدن مطالبات اقتصادی، یک نظریه زمینه ای از مطالبات اقتصادی زنان شهر یزد (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مفهوم مطالبه گری حقوق شهروندی از مفاهیمی است که در دنیای مدرن، توجه شهروندان و دولت را به خود معطوف ساخته است. پیش از این چنین مفاهیمی برای ملت ناشناخته بود، ولی امروزه شهروندان آگاهی بیشتری از حقوق شهروندی خود کسب نموده اند. از آنجایی که مطالبه گری اغلب خصیصیه جوامع مدرن تلقی می شود، پرداختن به وضعیت مطالبه گری در بستری سنتی-مذهبی ضروری به نظر می رسد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت مطالبات اقتصادی زنان و وضعیت مطالبه گری آن ها در بستر شهر یزد انجام شده است. با راهبرد نظریه زمینه ای و با استفاده از نمونه گیری نظری و هدفمند 13 نفر از زنان برای مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند و فرایند نمونه گیری تا مرحله اشباع کامل اطلاعات ادامه یافت. داده های به دست آمده پس از تبدیل به متن با استفاده از سه مرحلیه کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت که در مجموع 12 مقولیه اصلی برساخت شده است. مقولات برآمده شامل برهمکنش حقوق و تکالیف دولت/ ملت، دغدغه های اقتصادی فراگیر، گذشت های مادی، کنش های مطالبه گرانه پیشینی، نارضایتی از کژکارکردهای اقتصادی – سیاسی، کاهش تاب آوری اقتصادی، برآمدن مطالبات اقتصادی، مطالبه گری اقتصادی، کنش های اقتصادی معطوف به خود-معطوف به دیگری، تحقق/انباشت مطالبات اقتصادی، پیامدهای سیاسی-اعتقادی و پیامدهای روانی تحقق/عدم تحقق مطالبات و ... است که نتایج حاصل از آن در قالب مدل پاردایمی و نظریه تجربی ارائه شد. نتایج کلی نشان می دهد که شهروندان در مواجهه با پدیدیه مرکزی «برآمدن مطالبات اقتصادی» با راهبردهای مختلفی اعم از مطالبه گری اقتصادی درصدد تحقق آن برآمده و یا با گریز از مطالبه گری از مطالبات خود می گذرند. همچنین پیامدهای تحقق یا عدم تحقق مطالبات، در سطوح اجتماعی، سیاسی-اعتقادی و روانی نیز ارائه شده است که توجه سیاستگذاران در این زمینه ضرورت دارد.Emergence of economic demands, a grounded theory of the economic demands of women in Yazd city
The concept of citizenship rights and demand is one of the concepts that has attracted the attention of citizens and the government in the modern world. Previously, such concepts were unknown to the people, but today, citizens have gained more awareness of their citizenship rights. Since demandingness is often considered a characteristic of modern societies, it seems necessary to study the situation of demandingness in a traditional-religious context. Therefore, the current research has been conducted with the aim of knowing the economic demands of women and the status of their demands in the city of Yazd. With the strategy of grounded theory and using theoretical and targeted sampling, 13 women were selected for semi-structured in-depth interview and the sampling process continued until the complete information saturation stage. The obtained data were analyzed after converting to text using three stages of open, central and selective coding. The emerging categories include the interaction of rights and duties of the state/nation, comprehensive economic concerns, material concessions, previous demanding actions, dissatisfaction with economic-political dysfunctions, reduction of economic resilience, economic actions directed at self-directed at others, etc., the results of which It was presented in the form of paradigm model and experimental theory. The general results show that the citizens try to realize it with different strategies, either by economic demands or by avoiding demands. Also, the consequences of the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of demands have been presented at the social, political-religious and psychological levels, which require the attention of policymakers in this field.
