پس از بحران مالی جهانی، بررسی رابطه نااطمینانی سیاست های اقتصادی و نوسانات بازارهای مالی اهمیت ویژه ای یافته است. این مطالعه با به کارگیری رهیافت علیت گرنجر مارکوف سویچینگ و داده های فصلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۳۷۰، به بررسی رابطه غیرخطی بین نااطمینانی سیاست پولی و نوسانات بازار سهام ایران می پردازد. یافته ها الگویی دو رژیمی را آشکار می کند: در رژیم صفر (دوره های با سطوح بالای نااطمینانی و نوسانات شدید - نظیر اجرای سیاست های تعدیل اقتصادی در دهه ۱۳۷۰، تحریم های سال ۱۳۹۲، خروج آمریکا از برجام در ۱۳۹۷ و سقوط بورس در ۱۳۹۹) یک رابطه علیت دوطرفه و خودتقویت گر برقرار است که به شکل چرخه معیوب، بی ثباتی را در هر دو بازار تشدید می کند. در مقابل، در رژیم یک (دوره های با سطوح پایین نااطمینانی و نوسانات ملایم)، رابطه به صورت یک طرفه و تنها از سمت نااطمینانی سیاست پولی به بازار سهام عمل می کند. اگرچه شدت این اثرگذاری با ضریب 98/0 در مقایسه با رژیم پرنوسان (31/4) به مراتب کمتر است، اما همچنان معنادار می باشد. این نتایج بر ضرورت مدیریت فعال نااطمینانی سیاست پولی، به ویژه در دوران شوک های کلان، برای شکستن چرخه معیوب و تثبیت بازار سرمایه تأکید دارد.

Objective: Compliance with environmental regulations and financial resources are very important for the survival of companies. On the other hand, in the competitive market, it is vital to pay attention to technological innovation in companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of environmental regulations and financial restrictions on technological innovation in companies. Methodology: This research is practical in terms of purpose. It is also among post-event studies. To select a statistical sample using the screening method, 124 companies were selected from among the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2018- 2022. For data analysis, multivariate regression model was used by Eviuse software. Results: The obtained results showed that environmental regulations and financial restrictions have an inverse and direct relationship with technological innovation in companies, respectively. In other words, the more companies comply with environmental regulations and financial restrictions, the less technological innovation happens in those companies. Innovation: In today's era, attention to technological innovation in companies can be considered as an important and influential variable. Therefore, the innovation aspect of this research is that there has been no research on the relationship between environmental regulations and financial restrictions with technological innovation.
