Abstract Today, urban districts are facing important challenges in environmental fields, social deprivation, insecurity, unemployment, lack of housing and inadequate urban services, which greatly reduce the quality of urban life. The quality of life and its measurement may never have been as extensive as it is today, and in this field, various studies have been conducted at the national and transnational levels, and each study has different indicators depending on its goals; But what is clear indicates the existence of a relatively high consensus in many subjective and objective indicators. In this regard, the aim of the current research is Ranking of Regions in Qom city in terms of quality of life indicators. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. The data collection tool consisted of documentary studies and surveys through the distribution of questionnaires. The statistical population of the research includes 390 citizens of the eight regions of Qom city, who were randomly selected and questioned. In order to analyze data from multi-criteria decision-making models including Shannon entropy and Vikor and SPSS software including statistical tests one-sample T, U-Man-Whitney, correlation Pearson, ANOVA and linear regression were used. Based on the Vikor model, eight regions of the city were ranked in four levels, where regions 4 and 8 were placed at the first level and other areas at the next levels. According to the results of the research, it is necessary for the city managers to pay equal attention to providing the necessary facilities and services to the citizens of the regions in order to increase their level of satisfaction and improve their quality of life.
