The attacks of October 7, 2023 are known as an important event in the developments in West Asia that have had a profound impact on regional and global politics. The United States is known as an important and strategic player in political, economic, and military issues, whose interventions in the regional developments in West Asia have sometimes led to tensions and sometimes to efforts to establish stability. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine the role of the United States in escalating tensions in West Asia after the October 7, 2023 operation. In line with the purpose, the main question of the article is: What role did the United States play in escalating tensions in West Asia after the October 7, 2023 operation? In response to the research question, the hypothesis is proposed as follows: After the October 7 operation, the United States played an important role in escalating tensions with its political, diplomatic, financial, weapons, and media support for the Zionist regime. The research approach is qualitative and the method of conducting it is a documentary study based on the descriptive-analytical method, and library resources and internet searches have also been used to collect data. The research findings indicate that the role of the United States in escalating crises and its continuous interventions in regional issues, especially in supporting the policies of the Zionist regime, has become one of the key factors in instability and increasing tensions in West Asia.
