چگونه توانستم مشکل کاهش اشتیاق تحصیلی دانش آموزان کلاس پنجم دبستان شهید نواب صفوی را بهبود ببخشم؟

چکیده
با وجود تلاش های مستمر برای بهبود روش های تدریس در مدارس ابتدایی، کاهش اشتیاق تحصیلی درمیان دانش آموزان، به ویژه در پایه های بالاتر دوره ی ابتدایی، هم چنان یکی از چالش های اصلی نظام آموزشی ایران به شمار می رود. شواهد نشان می دهد که روش های تدریس یکنواخت، کمبود فعالیت های چالش بر انگیز و نبود ابزار های نوین آموزشی از جوله عوامل موثر در افت انگیزه ی یادگیری هستند. از این رو این اقدام پژوهی با هدف افزایش اشتیاق تحصیلی دانش آموزان پایه ی پنجم ابتدایی طراحی و اجرا شد و برای تحقق این هدف مجموعه ای از راهبردهای متنوع به کار گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که با ایجاد تنوع در روش های تدریس و فعال سازی کلاس اشتیاق و درگیری دانش آموزان به طور محسوسی افزایش می یابد.“How could I improve the problem of decreased academic enthusiasm among fifth-grade students at Shaheed Navab Safavi Elementary School?”
Despite continuous efforts to improve teaching methods in elementary schools, the decline in academic enthusiasm among students, especially in the upper grades of elementary school, remains one of the main challenges of the Iranian education system. Evidence shows that monotonous teaching methods, lack of challenging activities, and lack of modern educational tools are among the factors affecting the decline in learning motivation. Therefore, this action research was designed and implemented with the aim of increasing academic enthusiasm among fifth grade elementary school students, and a variety of strategies were used to achieve this goal. The results showed that by creating diversity in teaching methods and activating the classroom, students' enthusiasm and engagement increase significantly.
