فعالیت های فوق برنامه حلقه ارتباط برای آموزش با کیفیت در کلاس های چند فرهنگی: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی در دوره ابتدایی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
ژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی نقش فعالیت های فوق برنامه درکلاس های چند فرهنگی دوره ابتدایی با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسانه توصیفی انجام شد. میدان پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان و معلمان کلاس های چندفرهنگی دوره ابتدایی ناحیه یک استان قم در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند. نمونه مورد بررسی شامل 35 نفر از دانش آموزان و نیز 9 نفر از معلمان بود که از روش اشباع داده ها با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند و ملاکی به دست آمد. فن گردآوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که با روش تحلیل محتوای مضمونی کلایزی مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت . مضامین اصلی در پاسخ به سوال اول؛ پرورش هنری، پرورش اخلاقی، اجتماع چندفرهنگی، گرایش مذهبی و فعالیت های ورزشی بودند. مضامین اصلی در پاسخ به سوال دوم؛ تمایزات فرهنگی، اذهان دانش آموزان، توقعات والدین، مدیر مدرسه،کمبودها و دیدگاه معلم بودند و مضامین اصلی در پاسخ به سوال سوم؛ دانش آموزان، کلاس درس، مدرسه، نقش معلمان و تقویت آموزش بودند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر به اهمیت بسترهای فوق برنامه در مدارس و خصوصا مدارس چندفرهنگی تاکید می نمایند.Extracurricular Activities of Communication Circle for Quality Eeducation in Multicultural Classrooms: A Phenomenological Study in Elementary School
The present study aimed to investigate the role of extracurricular activities in multicultural elementary school classes through a qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenological method. The research field included students and teachers of multicultural elementary school classes in District 1 of Qom province in the academic year 2022-2023. The sample included 35 students and 9 teachers, selected by data saturation using purposive and criterion sampling. The data collection technique included semi-structured interviews, and the collected data were analyzed using the Colaizzi thematic content analysis method. The main themes in response to the first question were: artistic education, moral education, multicultural community, religious orientation, and sports activities. Main themes in response to the second question were cultural differences, students' minds, parents' expectations, school principals, teacher's shortcomings and perspectives, and the main themes in response to the third question were students, classroom, school, teachers' role, and strengthening education. The results of the present study highlight the significance of extracurricular platforms in schools, especially multicultural schools.
