نقش میانجی حساسیت به طرد بین فردی در رابطه ی میان طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد و اختلال افسردگی با ویژگی های آتیپیک (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی اختلال افسردگی با ویژگی های آتیپیک بر اساس نقش طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد و با میانجی گری حساسیت به طرد بین فردی انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان 18 تا 30 ساله با تابعیت ایرانی در نیمه نخست سال 1403 بود که از میان آنها 400 نفر نمونه، به شیوه داوطلبانه انتخاب شد. داده های پژوهش به وسیله پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه-فرم کوتاه یانگ (1994)، پرسشنامه حساسیت به طرد داونی و فلدمن (1996) و چک لیست نشانه های افسردگی باقرزنجانی (1395) جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مدل پیش بینی اختلال افسردگی با ویژگی های آتیپیک بر اساس طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد با میانجی گری حساسیت به طرد بین فردی برازش مناسبی دارد. همچنین تأثیر مستقیم حساسیت به طرد بین فردی و تأثیر غیرمستقیم طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد از طریق حساسیت به طرد بین فردی بر اختلال افسردگی با ویژگی های آتیپیک تأیید شد. منطبق با یافته های این پژوهش، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد و حساسیت به طرد بین فردی، احتمالاً می توانند از عوامل مؤثر در بروز اختلال افسردگی با ویژگی های آتیپیک باشد. لذا، توجه به این عوامل می تواند راهنمایی برای متخصصان، جهت برنامه ریزی های اختصاصی برای درمان این اختلال باشد.The Mediating Role of Interpersonal Rejection Sensitivity in the Relationship Between Early Maladaptive Schemas in the Domain of Cut and Rejection and Atypical Depression
This study aimed to predict atypical depression based on the role of early maladaptive schemas in the Domain of Cut and Rejection, mediated by interpersonal rejection sensitivity. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all Iranian students aged 18-30 in 2024, from whom a sample of 400 individuals was selected voluntarily. Data was collected using the Young (1994) Schema Questionnaire-Short Form, the Downey and Feldman (1996) Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire, and the Baqerzanjani (2015) Depression Symptom Checklist. Data analysis was done using Pearson correlation statistical tests and structural equation modeling. The results showed that the model predicting atypical depression based on early maladaptive schemas in the Domain of Cut and Rejection, mediated by interpersonal rejection sensitivity, had a good fit. The direct effect of interpersonal rejection sensitivity and the indirect effect of early maladaptive schemas in the Domain of Cut and Rejection through rejection sensitivity on atypical depression were also confirmed. According to the findings of this study, early maladaptive schemas in the domains of Cut and Rejection and Interpersonal rejection sensitivity are likely to be influential factors in the development of atypical depression. Therefore, attention to these factors can guide clinicians in developing specific treatment plans for this disorder.
