چکیده
در دنیای دیجیتال امروز، استفاده از فناوری های نوین و راهکارهای هوشمند می تواند نقش کلیدی در تضمین امنیت گردشگران در فضاهای شهری ایفا کند. دست یابی به این هدف مستلزم تدوین شاخص ها و شناسایی ابزارهای مناسب در این زمینه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخص ها و ابزارهای مرتبط با خدمات امنیتی هوشمند به گردشگران در فضاهای شهری انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است و از نظر نوع و روش گردآوری داده ها در حوزه پژوهش های کیفی قرار می گیرد. در این راستا، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در قالب مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارشناسان آگاه به موضوع هستند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر شناسایی 15 شاخص برای هوشمندسازی خدمات امنیتی به گردشگران در فضاهای شهری و شناسایی 51 ابزار هوشمند در 19 کشور گردشگرپذیر است. برخی از مهم ترین شاخص های خدمات امنیتی هوشمند عبارت اند از: کاربست فناوری های نوین امنیتی در فضاهای شهری گردشگرپذیر، توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی امنیتی در حوزه گردشگری شهری هوشمند، مدیریت هوشمند امنیت در فضاهای عمومی شهری، هوشمند سازی سیستم های حمل ونقل گردشگری شهری ، هوشمندسازی خدمات امنیتی در فرودگاه ها، امنیت هوشمند اماکن اقامتی گردشگران، ایمنی و امنیت هوشمند گردشگر در جاذبه های گردشگری، اطلاع رسانی امنیتی هوشمند به گردشگران در فضاهای شهری و حفاظت چندلایه هوشمند از گردشگران در فضاهای شهری. این پژوهش می تواند چارچوبی راهبردی برای توسعه سیاست های امنیت شهری با رویکرد گردشگرمحور ارائه کند.متن
Indicators and Tools of Smart Security Services for Tourists in Urban Spaces
In today's digital age, the utilization of advanced technologies and smart solutions plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of tourists in urban spaces. Achieving this goal requires the development of appropriate indicators and the identification of relevant tools in the field. The present study aims to identify the key indicators and tools associated with smart security services for tourists in urban spaces. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and from the perspective of data collection type and method, it falls within the realm of qualitative research. To this end, the qualitative content analysis method was employed as semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study comprises experts knowledgeable in the subject matter. The findings led to the identification of ۱۵ indicators for the smartification of tourist security services in urban settings, as well as ۵۱ smart tools currently utilized across ۱۹ leading tourist-destination countries. Key indicators identified include: the application of advanced security technologies in tourist-receiving urban areas; empowerment of security personnel in the domain of smart urban tourism; intelligent management of public space security; smartification of urban tourism transportation systems; smart security services in airports; smart security of tourist accommodations; intelligent safety and protection in tourist attractions; smart security information dissemination to tourists in urban areas; and multilayered smart protection of tourists in urban spaces. This study offers a strategic framework for developing urban security policies with a tourism-oriented approach.
