ارزیابی کیفیت وب سایت های فدراسیون های ورزشی منتخب

چکیده
این پژوهش کیفیت وب سایت های فدراسیون های ورزشی منتخب را از نظر جذابیت و قابلیت استفاده و طبق نظر دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی بررسی کرده است. این تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه که به صورت اینترنتی و توسط 521 نمونه آماری تکمیل گردید، انجام شد. وب سایت فدراسیون های فوتبال، کشتی، وزنه برداری، تکواندو، دو و میدانی و قایقرانی برای بررسی انتخاب شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که وب سایت های فدراسیون های منتخب، هم از جنبه جذابیت و هم از جنبه ی قابلیت استفاده، در سطح متوسط و متوسط به پایین قرار دارند. همچنین ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین رنگ، سبک، فن چاپ، صفحه آرایی، ساختار، سهولت استفاده، محتوای مطالب، یادگیری، خوانایی باکیفیت وب سایت رابطه معنادار و مثبتی برقرار است (05/0> P ) به نظر می رسد که کیفیت ظاهری وب سایت از مهم ترین عوامل برای رضایت استفاده کنندگان می باشد و به صورت اثر هاله ای فاکتورهای دیگر را تحت تأثیر خود قرار می دهد.Quality Assessment of the Websites of Selected Sports Federations
The present research aims to study the quality of the websites of the selected sports federations in terms of attractiveness and usability from the viewpoint of students and graduates of physical education and sports sciences. The study was carried out using questionnaire completed by 521 subjects via the Internet. The websites of football, wrestling, weightlifting, taekwondo, track and field, and rowing federations were selected for the analysis. The results showed that the selected federation websites are at a moderate to low level in terms of both attractiveness and usability. Moreover, the Pearson correlation coefficient revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between website quality and the color, style, printing, layout, structure, ease of use, content, learning, and readability (P<0.05). It seems that the apparent quality of the websites is among the most important factors involved in user satisfaction and has a halo effect on the other factors.
