پایش ارشادگری استادان دانشکده پرستاری از دیدگاه دانشجویان (مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

چکیده
مقدمه: ارشادگری یکی از رویکردهای مهم آموزشی است که منجر به رشد و توسعه حرفه ای و فردی در دانشجو می شود. این مطالعه با هدف "پایش ارشادگری استادان دانشکده پرستاری از دیدگاه دانشجویان" انجام شد. روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه ا... (عج) در سال 1401 انجام شد. تعداد مشارکت کنندگان 330 نفر شامل دانشجویان مقطع کاردانی رشته فوریت های پزشکی، مقطع کارشناسی رشته پرستاری، مقطع کارشناسی ارشد رشته پرستاری داخلی جراحی و مراقبت ویژه پرستاری و دکتری تخصصی پرستاری پرسشنامه را کامل کردند. روش نمونه گیری تمام شماری بود. از پرسشنامه ارشادگری استاندارد که شامل دو حیطه هدایتی و عاطفی بود، استفاده شد. آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تی زوجی و تی مستقل و ANOVA استفاده شد. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS26 آنالیز شد. یافته ها: میانگین±انحراف معیار نمره کل: 04/16±48/52، میانگین±انحراف معیار حیطه هدایتی: 93/11±99/31 و میانگین±انحراف معیار حیطه عاطفی: 91/4±94/19 بود. نمره حیطه ها و نمره کل در سه شدت ضعیف، متوسط و خوب نشان داد که شدت نمرات حیطه ها و نمره کل در حد، خوب ارزشیابی شد. نتیجه گیری: با وجود این که درصد بالایی از نمره ارشادگری در حد خوب است اما همچنان ارتقای ارشادگری استادان ضروری است و به این مهم باید توجه شود. نظر به اهمیت بالای ارشادگری در زمینه رشد و تعالی دانشجویان، پرداختن به این مهم جزو الزامات همه دانشکده ها بوده و پایش مستمر نحوه انجام آن ضروری است.Monitoring the mentoring of nursing faculty professors from the students' point of view
Introduction: Mentoring is one of the important educational approaches that leads to professional and personal growth and development in students. This study was conducted with the aim of "Monitoring the guidance of professors of nursing school from the perspective of students".
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the Faculty of Nursing of Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences (AJ) in 2022. The number of participants was 330, including associate degree students in emergency medicine, bachelor degree in nursing, master degree in internal surgery nursing and special nursing care, and doctorate in nursing completed the questionnaire. The sampling method was census. A standard guidance questionnaire was used, which included two domains, guidance and emotional. Descriptive and inferential statistical tests of paired t and independent t and ANOVA were used. The data was analyzed with SPSS26 software.
Results: The mean ± standard deviation of the total score was: 52.48 ± 16.04, the mean ± standard deviation of the guidance domain: 31.99 ± 11.93, and the mean ± standard deviation of the emotional domain: 19.94 ± 4.91. The scores of the areas and the total score in the three intensities of weak, medium and good showed that the intensity of the scores of the areas and the total score were evaluated as good.
Conclusion: Despite the fact that a high percentage of the guidance score is good, it is still necessary to improve the guidance of professors and this should be taken into account. Considering the high importance of guidance in the field of growth and excellence of students, addressing this issue is one of the requirements of all faculties and it is necessary to continuously monitor how it is done.
