چکیده
مقدمه: مطالعات نشان داده اند می توان با استفاده از مدیریت برنامه درسی پنهان موارد حرفه ای گری نظیر اتانازی را در آموزش پزشکی شناسایی و در جهت تقویت و ارتقاء آن برنامه ریزی کرد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی نقش برنامه درسی پنهان بر نگرش به اتانازی در دانشجویان پزشکی بود. روش ها: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 1402 بود که از بین ان ها 150 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس نگرش به اتانازی توردلا و نوتنز (1979) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برنامه درسی پنهان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) به وسیله نرم افزار آماری SPSS-22 استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین نگرش نسبت به اتانازی و برنامه درسی پنهان ارتباط منفی وجود دارد (634/0-r=). نتیجه گیری: در راستای نتایج پژوهش حاضر، توجه بیشتر به برنامه درسی پنهان در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی لازم به نظر می رسد.The role of hidden curriculum on attitudes toward euthanasia in Kerman University of Medical Sciences
Introduction: Studies have shown that by using hidden curriculum management, professionalism cases such as euthanasia can be identified in medical education and planned to strengthen and improve it. The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of hidden curriculum on the attitude towards euthanasia in medical students.
Methods: The research method was correlational. The statistical population included all the students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2023, and 150 of them were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling. To collect information, Tordella and Nutens (1979) attitude towards euthanasia scale and researcher-made questionnaire of hidden curriculum were used. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression) were used to analyze the data using SPSS-22 statistical software.
Results: The findings showed that there is a negative relationship between the attitude towards euthanasia and the hidden curriculum (r=-0.634).
Conclusion: In line with the results of the present study, it seems necessary to pay more attention to the hidden curriculum in medical universities.
