چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی تجارب معلمان کلاس های چندپایه از تدریس درس انشاء با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی و استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند اجراشد. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و روش معیار، تمامی معلمان کلاس های چندپایه شهرستان بویراحمد در سال 1400 که بیش از سه سال سابقه تدریس در کلاس های چندپایه را داشتند، انتخاب و در نهایت بر اساس اشباع نظری 25 نفر مصاحبه شدند. تحلیل مصاحبه ها، با استفاده از الگوی کلایزی و روش تحلیل مضمون صورت پذیرفت. یافته ها در چهار مضمون اصلی: پیامدهای مرتبط با معلمان، دانش آموزان، والدین و نظام آموزشی طبقه بندی شدند. اعتبار داده ها با استفاده از تکنیک های اعتبارپذیری، انتقال پذیری و هم سوسازی داده ها و اعتمادپذیری به داده ها نیز با هدایت دقیق جریان جمع آوری اطلاعات و هم سوسازی پژوهش گران تائید گردید. بر این اساس چنانچه دانش آموزان در دوران ابتدایی، با اصول نگارش آشنا شوند و در سال های تحصیلی آتی، آموخته های خود را تکمیل نمایند، در آینده عملکرد بهتری خواهند داشت.An Analysis of Teachers' Experiences of Elementary multigrade Classroom Teachers Teaching Essay
The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the experiences of teachers of multi-grade classes in teaching composition using the phenomenological method and using semi-structured interviews. Purposive sampling method and criterion method, all the teachers of multi-grade classes in Boyar Ahmad city in 1400 who had more than three years of teaching experience in multi-grade classes were selected and finally 25 people were interviewed based on theoretical saturation. The analysis of the interviews was done using the Claysey model and thematic analysis method. The findings were classified into four main themes: consequences related to teachers, students, parents and the educational system. The validity of the data was confirmed by using the techniques of reliability, transferability and alignment of data, and the reliability of the data was also confirmed by the accurate guidance of the flow of information collection and alignment of the researchers.
