چکیده
دستیابی به رشد اقتصادی پایدار، به عنوان یکی از سیاستهای اقتصاد کلان برای دولتها و اقتصاددانان از اهمیت بسیاری برخودار است. امروزه یکی از راهکارهای رسیدن به رشد اقتصادی مطلوب ارتقاء نظام آمورش و سلامت در جامعه است. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مخارج آموزشی و بهداشتی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی در منتخبی از کشورهای در حال توسعه طی دوره2023-2008 با بهره گیری از توابع کاپیولا می باشد. یافته های به دست آمده حاکی از آن است، که تاثیر مخارج آموزشی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی منفی، ولی از نظر آماری معنادار نمی باشد، این نتیجه نشان دهنده این است که تغییرات در مخارج آموزشی دولت به طور معمول با کاهش رشد اقتصادی هم راستا هستند. همچنین تاثیر مخارج بهداشتی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی منفی و معنادار می باشد. بنابراین در کشورهای در حال توسعه، مدیریت مناسب مخارج دولتی در بخش های آموزشی و بهداشتی می تواند از هدر رفت منابع جلوگیری کند و تاثیرات منفی بر رشد اقتصادی را کاهش دهد.متن
The Impact of Government Educational and Health Expenditures on Economic Growth in Selected Developing Countries: The Copula Functions Approach
Achieving sustainable economic growth, as one of the macroeconomic policies, is of great importance for governments and economists. Today, one of the strategies for achieving desirable economic growth is to improve the education and health system in society. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the impact of government educational and health expenditures on economic growth in selected developing countries during the period ۲۰۰۸-۲۰۲۳ using Copula functions. The findings indicate that the impact of government educational expenditures on economic growth is negative, but not statistically significant, which indicates that changes in government educational expenditures are usually in line with a decrease in economic growth. Also, the impact of government health expenditures on economic growth is negative and significant. Therefore, in developing countries, proper management of government spending in the education and health sectors can prevent waste of resources and reduce negative impacts on economic growth.
