چکیده
ناحیه نوآوری دانشگاهی به عنوان یک کانون حیاتی برای تجمع ایده ها و منابع، می تواند به جوامع محلی و ملی کمک کند. بدین منظور هدف پژوهش حاضر سناریونگاری ناحیه نوآوری دانشگاهی در دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان؛ واحد خوراسگان با رویکرد آینده پژوهی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش بر اساس روش های کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش پویش محیطی، نرم افزارهای Micmac، SenarioWizard و Expert Choice استفاده شده است. یافته های حاصل از روش پویش محیطی نشان می دهد که 30 عامل بر نوآوری دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان اثرگذار می باشد که از میان این عوامل، 15 عامل در 4 بعد به عنوان عوامل کلیدی در نوآوری دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان شناخته شده اند. سپس برای هرکدام از عوامل کلیدی سناریوهای ممکن طراحی و با استفاده از نر م افزار سناریو ویزارد مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته اند که دو سناریوی قوی و باورکردنی استخراج شده است. سپس عناصر اصلی ناحیه نوآوری دانشگاهی اعم از پیشران های عدم قطعیت و اهمیت بالا، عوامل کلیدی و از پیش معین، سناریوها، سیاست ها تحلیل و تبیین شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که تحقق ناحیه نوآوری دانشگاهی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اصفهان (واحد خوراسگان) نیازمند اتخاذ سیاست های کلیدی است که به صورت یکپارچه، بستر لازم برای توسعه نوآوری را فراهم می کنند. یکی از این سیاست ها، همکاری چندجانبه میان دانشگاه، دولت و صنعت است که به عنوان عوامل اصلی ناحیه نوآوری عمل می کند. این همکاری نه تنها امکان هم افزایی میان سه بخش کلیدی جامعه را فراهم می آورد، بلکه باعث تسریع فرآیند تجاری سازی ایده ها و فناوری های نوین می شود. علاوه بر این، اجرای پروژه های مشترک میان دانشگاه و صنعت به عنوان ابزاری عملی برای پیوند دادن تحقیقات آکادمیک با نیازهای واقعی بازار عمل می کند. با اجرای مؤثر این سیاست ها، دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان قادر خواهد بود تا محیطی مساعد برای رشد نوآوری ایجاد کند که نه تنها به توسعه علمی کمک کند بلکه بر رشد اقتصادی منطقه نیز تأثیر مثبت بگذارد.Identification of key drivers influencing the University Innovation District using a futures studies approach (Case study: Islamic Azad University of Isfahan; Khorasgan Branch)
The university innovation district, as a vital hub for the convergence of ideas and resources, can contribute to local and national communities. Accordingly, the aim of the present research is scenario planning for the university innovation district at Islamic Azad University of Isfahan, Khorasgan Branch, with a futures studies approach. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. Data collection is based on library and field methods. For data analysis, environmental scanning and MICMAC software , ScenarioWizard, and Expert Choice were used. The findings from environmental scanning indicate that 30 factors influence innovation at Islamic Azad University of Isfahan, among which 15 factors in 4 dimensions are identified as key factors in the university’s innovation. Then, possible scenarios for each key factor were designed and analyzed using ScenarioWizard software, resulting in two strong and credible scenarios. Subsequently, the main elements of the university innovation district—including drivers of high uncertainty and importance, key predetermined factors, scenarios, and policies—were analyzed and explained. The research findings show that realizing the university innovation district at Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan Branch) requires adopting key policies that integrally provide the necessary platform for innovation development. One of these policies is multilateral cooperation among the university, government, and industry, which acts as the main factor of the innovation district. This cooperation not only enables synergy among the three key sectors of society but also accelerates the commercialization process of new ideas and technologies. Moreover, implementing joint projects between the university and industry serves as a practical tool to link academic research with real market needs. By effectively implementing these policies, Islamic Azad University of Isfahan will be able to create a conducive environment for innovation growth that not only supports scientific development but also positively impacts the region’s economic growth.
