چکیده
بریتانیای جهانی استراتژی انگلستان پس از برگزیت است، این استراتژی نقش جهانی انگلستان را پس از خروج از اتحادیه اروپا تعریف می کند، این مقاله به بررسی گسترش روابط انگلستان در پرتو استراتژی بریتانیای جهانی متمرکز است. بریتانیا با هدف تثبیت جایگاه خود به عنوان یک قدرت بزرگ ر بین المللی به منطقه هندو آرام خیز برداشته است. از نظر انگلستان اهمیت منطقه ایندو-پاسیفیک در تعاملات جهانی به ویژه از منظر اقتصادی و امنیتی به طور روز افزونی در حال افزایش است. ایندوپاسیفیک متنوع ترین و پرجمعیت ترین منطقه جهان است این ناحیه 36 کشور قاره ای، شبه جزیره ای و مجمع الجزایری را شامل می شود که بیش از 3 میلیارد انسان را درخود جای داده است و به کانونی برجسته در رقابت قدرت های بزرگ تبدیل شده است. لذا انگلیس نیز مانند سایر قدرت های بزرگ حضور و نفوذ خود در این منطقه را بخشی از برنامه های راهبردی خود تعریف نموده است. از سوی دیگر هند نیز در منطقه ایندوپاسیفیک سعی نموده است از راهبرد قدرت های فرامنطقه ای همچون انگلستان و آمریکا در راستای منافع خود بهره برداری نماید. سؤال این پژوهش این است که بین استراتژی بریتانیای جهانی پس از برگزیت و گسترش روابط هند و انگلیس چه ارتباطی برقرار است؟ فرضیه پژوهش این است که انتشار استراتژی جدید بریتانیای جهانی پس از برگزیت بعلت افزایش حضور استراتژیک چین در منطقه و نیاز انگلیس به کشف بازارهای جدید باعث شده است که انگلیس بیش از پیش به دنبال گسترش روابط سیاسی و اقتصادی با هند باشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، روش تبیینی-تحلیلی است.Expanding UK-India Relations in the Light of the Global Britain Strategy
This article focuses on exploring the expansion of UK relations in the light of the Global Britain Strategy. Brexit has brought a new equation to India-UK relations. The UK has moved towards India with the aim of establishing its position as a major European power and international actor. This is because the importance of the Indo-Pacific region in global interactions, especially from an economic and security perspective, is increasing day by day for the UK. The Indo-Pacific is the most diverse and populous region in the world. This region includes 36 continental, peninsular, and archipelagic countries, which are home to more than 3 billion people, and has become a prominent focus in the competition of great powers. Therefore, Britain, like other great powers, has defined its presence and influence in this region as part of its strategic plans. On the other hand, India has also tried to exploit the strategy of extra-regional powers such as Britain and the United States in the Indo-Pacific region for its own interests. The question of this research is what is the relationship between Britain's global strategy after Brexit and the expansion of India-UK relations? The research hypothesis is that the publication of Britain's new global strategy after Brexit, due to China's increased strategic presence in the region and Britain's need to discover new markets, has caused Britain to seek to expand political and economic relations with India more than ever before. The research method used in this research is the explanatory-analytical method.
