چکیده
گردشگری در حوزه های مختلف اثرات گسترده ای دارد. یکی از این حوزه ها، گردشگری شهری است. گردشگری شهری سعی دارد گردشگری را به عنوان یک پدیده مهم و مؤثر در تغییرات (کالبدی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، مدیریتی) و توسعه شهری، مورد بررسی قرار دهد و اکنون بعد دیگری از اقتصاد شهری را شکل دهی نموده که به نوسازی و توسعه سیمای شهری، سیستم حمل و نقل، اقامتگاه های گردشگری و بهبود و ساماندهی زیرساختهای شهری منتهی می گردد. گردشگری از طریق تأثیر بر مؤلفه های عمده اقتصادی مانند درآمد، اشتغال، سطح قیمت ها، عرضه و تقاضا، ترازهای مالی و مالیاتی جامعه را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. در این راستا گردشگری، بزرگترین تولید کننده تولید ناخالص داخلی و اشتغال بوده و باعث رونق بسیاری از کشورها و مناطق هست. پایداری در رابطه با گردشگری این پیامد را در پی دارد که هر چیز از انتخاب مکان، ساختار، تسهیلات و تجهیزات و به طور کلی محصول گردشگری برای عرضه و تقاضای گردشگران، تابع حفاظت از محیط و طبیعت برای میزبان و مهمان باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی آثار تاریخی و جاذبه های گردشگری شهرستان الشتر و ارتباط آن با توسعه پایدار می باشد.در مطالعه حاضر برای گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به پیشینه و ادبیات تحقیق از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری داده های تحقیق در بخش تعاریف و ادبیات نظری تحقیق از کتاب ها، مقالات، مجلات مختلف استفاده می شود.اﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﻣیﺎﻥﮔﺮﺩﺷﮕﺮی ﻭ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﻬﺮی ﭘﺎیﺪﺍﺭ، ﺍﺯ ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺻﻠی: ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻭ ﺍکﻮﻟﻮژی ﺗﺸکیﻞ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ.Investigating historical monuments and tourist attractions in Al-Ashtar County and its relationship with sustainable development
Tourism has a wide range of impacts in various areas. One of these areas is urban tourism. Urban tourism attempts to examine tourism as an important and effective phenomenon in changes (physical, social, political, managerial) and urban development, and has now shaped another dimension of the urban economy that leads to the renovation and development of the urban landscape, transportation system, tourist accommodations, and the improvement and organization of urban infrastructure. Tourism affects the financial and tax balances of society through its impact on major economic components such as income, employment, price levels, supply and demand. In this regard, tourism is the largest producer of gross domestic product and employment and is the cause of prosperity in many countries and regions. Sustainability in relation to tourism entails that everything from the choice of location, structure, facilities and equipment, and in general the tourism product for the supply and demand of tourists, is subject to the protection of the environment and nature for the host and guest. The purpose of this study is to investigate the historical monuments and tourist attractions of Al-Ashtar County and its relationship with sustainable development. In the present study, the library method was used to collect information related to the background and research literature. Various books, articles, and magazines were used to collect research data in the definitions and theoretical literature section of the study. The relationship between tourism and urban development in Imhr consists of three main dimensions: society, economy, and ecology.
