بررسی و تحلیل سنجش شاخص های شهر هوشمند در زیست پذیری شهر اهواز

چکیده
شهرها امروزه با مسایل زیست محیطی بسیاری از جمله، وجود کاربری ها و فعالیت های ناسازگار و مزاحم درسطح شهر، توسعه ی بیش از حد صنایع ، نبود سیستم دفع فاضلاب شهری، وجود مرکز عظیم دفن زباله ها درحومه های شهر و غیره دست به گریبان هستند. در چنین فضایی توجه به مولفه های محیط زیست شهر و توسعه پایدار هوشمند یکی از مهمترین اولویت برنامه ریزان و سیاستگذاران است که ضروری به نظر می رسد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان و شهروندان است، حجم نمونه از طریق کوکران 377 نفر بدست آمده آمده است. شاخص های مورد استفاده شامل ؛ زیرساخت های هوشمند، حمل و نقل هوشمند، مدیریت انرژی هوشمند، مدیریت پسماند هوشمند، کیفیت هوا و آب هوشمند، خدمات شهری هوشمند، اقتصاد هوشمند، آب و فاضلاب، فضای سبز شهری، حمل و نقل عمومی، آموزش و آگاهی محیط زیستی، پایداری و نوآوری شهری) می باشند. بر اساس رتبه بندی بدست آمده مهم ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر پایداری زیست محیطی، متغییر اقتصاد هوشمند و حمل ونقل هوشمند بدست آمدند.Study and Analysis of Smart City Indicators in the Liveability of Ahvaz City
Today, cities are struggling with many environmental issues, including the existence of incompatible and disruptive uses and activities at the city level, excessive industrial development, lack of urban sewage disposal system, the existence of a huge landfill center in the suburbs of the city, etc. In such an environment, paying attention to the components of the city's environment and smart sustainable development is one of the most important priorities of planners and policymakers, which seems necessary. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population includes experts and citizens, and the sample size was obtained through Cochrane of 377 people. The indicators used include; smart infrastructure, smart transportation, smart energy management, smart waste management, smart air and water quality, smart urban services, smart economy, water and wastewater, urban green space, public transportation, environmental education and awareness, urban sustainability and innovation). Based on the obtained rankings, the most important factors affecting environmental sustainability were obtained as smart economy and smart transportation variables.
