چالش های مهم ترویج کشاورزی در راستای توسعه پایدار روستایی

چکیده
توسعه پایدار روستایی پدیده ای پیچیده و تابعی از عوامل مختلف (اکولوژیکی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و ...) در درون و بیرون جامعه روستایی است و هدف غایی آن پایداری و توسعه نظام روستا می باشد. ترویج کشاورزی به عنوان یک رویکرد جامع و پایدار، مهم ترین عامل ایجاد تغییر در جوامع روستایی است که می تواند در فرایند توسعه پایدار نقش مهم و مؤثری ایفا نماید. این مهم زمانی تحقق می یابد که محتوای برنامه های ترویج کشاورزی متناسب با ابعاد توسعه روستایی تدوین شده باشد. جهت پذیرش این برنامه ها در جوامع روستایی می بایست برنامه ها بر اساس اولویت بندی نیازهای واقعی جامعه در راستای ابعاد توسعه پایدار طرح ریزی شده باشند تا ترویج بتواند با ارتباط نزدیک با افراد جامعه روستایی عملکرد مثبتی داشته باشد بنابراین توجه به ترویج کشاورزی و سرمایه گذاری در آن می تواند بسیاری از موانع و معضلات کشاورزان را به عنوان متولیان توسعه جهت حرکت به سمت توسعه پایدار روستایی بر طرف نماید. توجه به چالش ها و اقدام به رفع آن ها دستیابی به توسعه پایدار روستایی است، زیرا اصلاحات در این زمینه نه تنها به بهبود وضعیت کشاورزی و افزایش بهره وری کمک می کند، بلکه می تواند به حفظ منابع، توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی جوامع روستایی نیز بیانجامد. این مطالعه که به روش مروری تهیه شده، ضمن بیان مفهوم و ماهیت توسعه پایدار روستایی، اهداف آن و اصول مربوطه، به بررسی رسالت ترویج کشاورزی در توسعه پایدار روستایی و برخی چالش های ترویج کشاورزی برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار روستایی پرداخته است.Important challenges of Extension agriculture towards sustainable rural Development
Sustainable rural development is a complex phenomenon and a function of various factors (ecological, economic, social, etc.) inside and outside the rural community, and its ultimate goal is the sustainability and development of the rural system. Agricultural extension as a comprehensive and sustainable approach is the most important factor in creating change in rural communities that can play an important and effective role in the sustainable development process. This is achieved when the content of agricultural extension programs is formulated in accordance with the dimensions of rural development. In order to accept these programs in rural communities, the programs must be designed based on prioritizing the real needs of the community in line with the dimensions of sustainable development so that the extension can have a positive performance in close contact with the people of the rural community. Therefore, paying attention to agricultural extension and investing in it can overcome many obstacles and problems of farmers as development custodians to move towards sustainable rural development. Paying attention to the challenges and taking steps to address them is the way to achieve sustainable rural development, because reforms in this field not only help improve the agricultural situation and increase productivity, but can also lead to resource conservation, social and economic development, and improved quality of life in rural communities. This study, which was prepared in a review method, while explaining the concept and nature of sustainable rural development, its goals, and related principles, has examined the mission of agricultural extension in sustainable rural development and some of the challenges of agricultural extension to achieve sustainable rural development.
