چکیده
بخش مهمی از دگرگونی های زمانه کنونی ما به مناسبات اجتماعی و شهری مرتبط است. چنین تغییراتی را باید فراتر از رویکرد سنتی به فلسفه و در رابطه با جامعه شهری و مناسبات مادی و فرهنگی مرتبط با آن جست وجو کرد. در رویکرد فرافلسفی، واقعیت شهری یک برساخت اجتماعی یا سیاسی-اقتصادی است و همچنین نیرویی مولد است که روابط اجتماعی را توأمان در سطوح مادی و فرهنگی تولید و بیان می کند. فلسفه به شکلِ سنتی همواره مفاهیم خود را از بسترها و کالبدهای عینی جدا کرده و در پی تمامیت سازی و این همانی بوده است. فرافلسفه لوفوری تحمیل چنین تمامیت غیربدنمند و عقلانیت انتزاعی بر شهر را انکار می کند و، به منظورِ برقراری رابطه با واقعیت، شکل های مستقل و خودجوش عملی و مادی را در بطن زندگی روزمره شهری خلق می کند. هدف از این پژوهش، کاوش در بینش های فرافلسفی لوفور درباره مفهوم سیاست فضا و نقش آن در بازتعریف و آفرینش مجدد در فضای شهر است. در این راستا، غلبه بر مفهوم سنتی فضا و ارائه مفهومی پویا و عاملیت گرایانه از آن به عنوانِ مؤلفه ای محوری در تحقق فرافلسفه مطرح می شود که در خلال آن رویکردهای انضمامی، عملی و بدنمند از فضا تحقق می یابد. پرسش محوری پژوهش حاضر این است که لوفور چگونه با طرح فرافلسفه به عنوانِ ابزاری برای نقد فلسفه سنتی توانسته است درکی عمیق تر از رابطه میان سوژه و فضا ارائه دهد و به تعریفی نو از شهر مدرن دست یابد؟ همچنین چه فرصت هایی پیش روی این خوانش وجود دارد؟ فرافلسفه در این معنا در پی یافتن برهه هایی است که در آن شهر به منزله محصول پراکتیس جمعی شهروندان تحقق یابد، نه مطابق رویکردهای متافیزیکی پدیده ای ازپیش متعین فرض شده که همواره گفتمان های مسلط بر آن ها تحمیل شوند.Metaphilosophy and the Production of Space: A Metaphilosophical Reading of the Politics of Space and the Creation of the Modern City in Lefebvre's Thought
A significant part of contemporary transformation is linked to social and urban relations. Such changes must be examined beyond traditional philosophical approaches and within the context of urban society and its associated material and cultural dynamics. From a metaphilosophical perspective, urban reality is both a socio-political-economic construct and a generative force that simultaneously produces and expresses social relations on both material and cultural levels. Traditional philosophy has typically detached its concepts from concrete contexts and lived bodies, striving for totalization and identity. Lefebvre’s metaphilosophy rejects the imposition of such disembodied totality and abstract rationality on the city. Instead, it creates independent and spontaneous practical-material forms within the fabric of everyday urban life to engage with reality. This study aims to examine Lefebvre’s metaphilosophical insights into the politics of space and his role in redefining and reshaping urban space. In this context, overcoming the traditional concept of space and imagining a dynamic, functionalist notion of space is proposed as a central aspect of realizing metaphilosophy—through which concrete, practical, and embodied approaches to space emerge. The central questions of this investigation are: To what extent did Lefebvre, by proposing metaphilosophy as a tool to critique traditional philosophy, convey a deeper understanding of the relationship between subject and space and thus arrive at a new definition of the modern city? And what possibilities does this reading open up? In this sense, metaphilosophy seeks moments in which the city emerges as a product of collective civic practice, rather than being presupposed as a phenomenon predetermined by dominant discourses, as in metaphysical approaches.
